As you all know(or hopefully do 🙂) there is no magic to fat loss. There's no magic pill, no magic food, and no magic fruit. That being said, there is food that can indirectly help you create a calorie deficit. In very simple terms, a calorie deficit is when the total calories you burn throughout the day (total daily energy expenditure) is more than the total calories you consume. Fruits that are high in water content can help promote a calorie deficit as they can help with satiety, which means you are more likely to consume less calories. Plus, most of these are fairly low in calories as well.

When it comes to fat loss, simple tips and changes to your lifestyle can make all the difference. If you want to start losing fat fast, you can do a few things that can enhance and jump start your fat loss. Adding more fruits and veggies to your diet will add more nutrient-dense foods with limited calories which can keep you fuller for longer with little caloric load. Increasing your N.EA.T is also important and one of the most effective ways to improve your fat loss progress. Doing simple things like standing more throughout the day and parking as far away as you can from the front entrance of your work can burn calories that all add up at the end of the day. Building muscle is always needed as the more muscle you have the more calories you'll burn at rest which means the leaner you can become. Fasted walks can also be beneficial and a lot of research has proven its benefits of stubborn fat cell receptors being more willing to open oxidize that fat tissue when light intensity activity is performed in a fasted state. Finally, be consistent. Not for a few days, but for time. Be consistent.

2. It’s great for improving core stability ⁣
3. It’s performed unilaterally so helps improve muscular imbalances ⁣
⁣
Load a barbell on one side. Pick the barbell up, brace your core (pretend someone is going to punch you in the stomach), squeeze your glutes, keep good posture and breath.⁣

Loads the bar with less than half of what you think you can do to start. This is TOUGH!⁣

Hold for 10-30 secs each side. Rest and repeat 3-4 sets.⁣

Celery juice, like most vegetable juices, does bring some nutritional value to the table. However, the drink loses most of its fiber content and some of the nutrients through juicing. If you do want to reap most of the celery's nutritional value, throw it into a blender and make yourself a smoothie instead.

But claiming that celery juice has some special fat burning properties is complete and utter non-sense. No drink can make you lose weight if you're not eating in a calorie deficit.

Most people strongly dislike the taste of celery juice, yet force themselves to comsume it because a few unreliable sources told them that the drink is the one cure to all. Be careful with the information you consume online; influencers often have ulterior motives when it comes to marketing products, and just because they've accumulated a large following does not mean they have any knowledge or expertise in that field of study.

And look - if you love the taste of celery juice, then there's absolutely no issue with drinking it every once in a while.

But please don't go around spreading misinformation about how celery juice "cured" you & was the reason you lost weight, because there can be very dangerous repercussions from doing so.

MONDAY- STRENGTH TRAINING - do any of the strength training routine like 3 x 6/ 2 x 8/ 5 x 5 
Let's say you performed 5 x 5 with 100 kg in your first week then add 2.5% weight every week. 
Remember don't add more weight unless you can perform 5 reps in your 5 x 5 routine completely by yourself. .
WEDNESDAY- HYPERTROPHY TRAINING- perform a hypertrophy based training program for chest and prioritize bench press with having 4-6 sets of 6-12 rep range with heavy weight. 
EXAMPLE - say 100 kg is your 1-RM
.
Set 1 50% of your 1-RM i.e. 50 kg x 12 reps
Set 2 60% of your 1-RM i.e. 60 kg x 10-12 reps
Set 3 70% of your 1-RM i.e 70 kg x 8-10 reps
Set 4/5/6 75-85% of your 1-RM x 6-8 reps

FRIDAY- VOLUME TRAINING- perform moderate to high volume training for chest and prioritize bench press with having 4-5 sets of 8-20 reps with moderate weight. 
REMEMBER to not go beyond 60-70% of you 1-RM and perform controlled full range of motion.
