🇬🇧 Here is a love and hate relationship between me and the rope. It's kind of the same as my relationship with Monday morning. 😅
I feel like dying everytime I finish a series of 100 jumps but while I am doing it I just feel like I am flying, haha 😁 
This exercise is so good, pumps up your heart rate in so little time, so you can burn that fat, plus you work all the muscles of your body. In fact when you can't make it to continue it means you don't use all your muscles at 100%. Plus, once you gain confidence with the move it's so funny and you feel so free just jumping and jumping. 
The only bad thing that when I stop I feel like dying. 😅

È un ottimo esercizio, pompa la tua frequenza cardiaca alle stelle in poco tempo, quindi bruci tante calorie, in più lavori tutta la muscolatura nel tuo corpo. Infatti quando sbagli un salto, vuol dire che non stavi usando tutti i muscoli al 100%. Ma la cosa migliore è quando prendi confidenza con il movimento, perché ti senti così libera saltando, sembra quasi che stai volando.

What I learned from the #crossfitopen2019 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I was not as a "fit " this year. And the Open this year was definitely a humbling experience. And while it was humbling it also helped me get my motivation up. I am hungry again. Ready to get fit again. Ready to truly take on 2019! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I also learned (thanks to @streetparking) that thrusters are nothing compared to lungesters, and my limiting factor in 19.5 was chest to bar pull ups because I simply haven't been doing them. But those thrusters were like a treat because they were lungesters. 😭😂

I don’t understand the people who wait until Sunday to post “self-care” with a pretty bath with rose petals, orange slices, and those cool bath boards that go across the tub and hold your wine, book, and face rollers. 1. Who has time for that? I didn’t even have the patience to get more bubbles and I needed to adjust the clarity in this picture so you didn’t see my unshaved legs 😂 2. If you are waiting until Sunday to “self-care” I will assume you are not married or have kids because if you do then you understand it’s actually “self-care anytime you find a free 15 minutes” before it’s time to cook for someone, drive kids around, or answer your husbands 15th question about where the spatula or keys are. 🤦🏽‍♀️😁 #justsayin⁣⁣⁣

This is what it means to be motivated by those who want to see you succeed! Hubby and I were talking about me being on the elliptical. Now I normally stay on it for 40 mins at about 65 rpm. He told me I should try to reach at least 4 miles within 40 minutes, and look what I did! I reached 4 miles in under 35 mins! I love that he can push me to do better in the gym! I love that we both can push each other to do better!

Today was a good day! Made my 50th camp at @burntallahassee today! Upper body day was tough, but with the help of my buddy buddy friends @ladypmff72 @rebeccasmelt @brian.smelt , we all challenged each other. Managed to do my incline chest press with the big boy dumbbells today. I don’t think I’ll be washing my hair for a week with these 🦖 arms!!! 🇬🇧 Tips&tricks Thursday today is all about STRETCHING! I know, it's easy to say do your stretching after every workout, but in real life it's not that easy, especially if you are in a rush because you have to get to the office or go to pick up the kids and run home to cook something for dinner.

But the good thing in stretching is that you can do it almost anywhere and anytime. If you couldn't make it to stretch after your workout, you can still stretch a bit while cooking or while watching TV in the evening.

And if you work in an office, just dedicate 5 minutes to stand up and stretch your muscles once or twice a day. Some people may not understand my reasoning behind my love for my own booty but I’ll explain it. 💁🏼‍♀️ I had a flat butt for the L O N G E S T time! I hated it! Then I had two kids and finally got one but it was still kind of flat. I started working out mainly to help build up my glutes because it was important to me. Since focusing on weights I have gone from a 33” maybe a 34” glute to a 37.5” glute currently! It’s a B I G accomplishment for me since it was my goal to grow the glutes! Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness.  You guys.  The soreness is real.  It hit me out of nowhere today.  The sudden burn in the triceps.  And I love it.  The pain just means the muscles are adapting to some new, challenging moves - making them stronger and ready to perform better next time.
