CHILI GARLIC CRAB MEAT AND CRAB FAT PASTA TOPPED WITH SPICY GAMBAS - I don't enjoy cooking for myself on my birthday, so here I am, doing it a day in advance, so I can cook a treat for my boys.
●Sauteed, in extra virgin olive oil, chopped garlic and onions. Added whole button mushrooms and flaked crab meat. Seasoned with whole dried cayenne peppers and a little garlic salt. Added the bottled aligue, mixed well and simmered. Added a little more olive oil, adjusting the viscosity of the sauce. Tossed in cooked spaghetti noodles and topped with crunchy garlic. ●Gambas was made by sauteeing garlic in butter and olive oil. Tossed in the butterflied prawns, seasoned with garlic salt, cayenne pepper and chili garlic sauce. When done, topped it on the pasta. °
