Dinner was an S helped for me! That’s what I get for not checking carbs 😂😂 I had 1 c caulirice with meatballs, sautéed zucchini, and Alfredo sauce. W had Annie’s Parmesan butter macaroni with meatballs and I attempted some sautéed zucchini... no dice 🎲 (XO). Lunch for W was a grilled cheese that daddy made 😍🥰 while mommy was at VBS (XO). My lung was possibly an S helper too... #fail lol. I had a whole Joseph’s lavash (10g carbs) plus ground beef, sharp cheddar (2g carb) and some salsa verde (2 g carb)... soooo slightly over 🤷🏼♀️ #thm#trimhealthymama#toddlereats
Before we get told how to do our job, maybe, just maybe, they should learn how to do ours. Not all the tricks, knooks and crannies, but at least a general idea of what we do, what we need and how the job gets done.
You may be a supervisor, a manager, an executive or even the president of the company. You occupy a very specific special crucial roles, we rely on you to see the bigger picture. What we do not rely on you for is to teach us the job you have 0 clue how to do.
Micromanagement doesn't work - it never has.
Breathing down employee necks never worked and never will.
Demoralizing and insulting your workforce will drive the business into the ground.
Bad employees and concerns for quality are perfectly valid reason to check and even call for review of the whole process. Any good employee will want to do the job better and if you treat them right - tjey eill go above and beyond their regular duties.

So I woke up this morning doubting myself and thinking that the photos I’ve taken weren’t good enough or perfect enough and what will people think of me. •
This is all new to me so of course it is a bit overwhelming, I think it is only natural to think these things when you are new to doing something or haven’t done it before, be it a new job or meeting new people. •
I decided to push forward through the self doubt and not to back away. I want to push my self in all areas I’ve always doubted myself in the past. If I don’t, I’m always going to stay stuck in the same spot. •
One thing I know that has been a positive through doing all this is finding the confidence in myself that I know I didn’t have say a year ago. •
I’m telling you all this because I think we all struggle with self doubt in some way and I think it’s a good guide for us to question why we are thinking that - so push through, move forward and believe in yourself and hopefully the more you do it the easier and more confident you will feel. #novel#storytime#teganandnedpresets
