Tarot Tuesday Revealed!
Take a deep inhale and cherish it before slowly letting it go. Recall what you pondered when one of these cards or crystals called out to you. Now see what the deck has to say... I (Serpentine) - Six of Cups (inverted) - The future, renewal, plans coming to fruition (or petering out.) Alternately, false memory and self-deception. The Six of Cups is about nostalgia for what was and dreams of what could have been, and its inversion can be read in different ways. Ask yourself, are you embracing the future and accepting each moment as it comes? Or are you projecting your own vision of “what should be” onto what actually is, making it hard for you to embrace what comes to you?
II (Fluorite) - The Emperor - A firm and just ruler, stability, a father figure who brings security without coddling. This card carries a great deal of wisdom and structure. Do you find yourself providing that structure for others in your life? If so, embrace that role and feel comfortable on your throne. Do you find yourself dawdling and in need of someone to firmly but gently correct your course? Be thankful for that guidance and take it to heart without ego or resistance.
III (Bloodstone) - Four of Swords (inverted) - An end to rest, actively engaging with your life, to wake up from a dream. The Four of Swords is about rest and meditation, and its inversion suggests that now is the time for action. Be grateful for whatever seclusion or daydreaming you have been able to have, because your presence is needed. Can you return to your problems with fresh energy and a clear mind? What possibilities can you see now that you wouldn’t have seen without the respite?
