When Anna joined us she was stuck in a rut, she had lost all her baby weight post pregnancy but then put it all back on plus more! ⁣⁣

No need to go into great detail but the whole cycle of gain lose gain lose is massively disheartening and really can lead to an unhappy life. The biggest reason for this we find is people looking for the easy and short term answer.⁣⁣

With Anna we have seen someone who’s created a lifestyle they can stick to for years to come, someone who enjoys ice cream and cake 🍰 someone’s who’s cooking skills have come on leaps in a ways that have been easy! We see someone who is happy with the way they live there life, that’s long term and has sustainability and that’s why anna will keep her results for good this time round. Anna also absolutely loves exercise now that she’s discovered its benefits to everyday life from stress management to energy levels not just fat loss.⁣⁣

This post is proof if you are a woman and concerned lifting will make you "bulky" I want you to think again. The left picture is 2 years ago and this was after lifting for about 2 years. Right picture is now. It takes seriously dedication and discipline to put on any type of size (naturally speaking). You will not add too much muscle from training with weights unless you want to. Unless you put in the work with training and nutrition to do so. So don't be scared to pick up the weights ladies. Lifting builds shape, builds lean muscle, which in turn helps burn more calories throughout the day. .

One thing that has significantly changed my life in the last 7 years of training is my ability to take my anxiety, anger, frustration, or doubt and channel it directly into my workouts. It gets dark but when I can tap into that the results are often the best workouts I’ve ever had. .

.2019 I’m no longer accepting that goals take time to achieve, I’ve procrastinated long enough. This is the year I manifest it. Using that mentality for not only myself, but to make sure that @steelsupplements becomes the greatest fitness company ever seen.

First heavy #HIIT in two weeks. All my favorite movements. I think I could swim in a pool of my own sweat. Feels so great afterwards.

I don't know about you, but the cold makes me so reluctant to move. I learned last year that winter depression is an actual condition, and not just something you say when it's cold and you feel down. I am generally happier in my working environment and all , but I am just overall reluctant to do anything at all. Everything is a struggle. Does anyone else have this? It's constant. Can't wait for the winter to be over. Especially the Beijing -15 type of winter
