Full body workout &&& starring king ginger👏🏼 My full body workouts are lower body focused while still incorporating your upper body. I had to replace my hinge movement with a second squat variation bc I'm still so sore from the split squats I did on Monday 😅

I'm also keeping the reps high bc I've just been love the endorphins lately!!🤩 Plus focusing on form rather than load.

Do a set of 25, 22, 20 for each one

"Sándwich de Pan Nube"
Ingredientes
3 huevos
3 cucharadas de queso crema
1 cucharada de maizena ( también pude ser harina de garbanzos, de avena o de linaza)
Polvo royal
Sal y pimienta 
Adicionales
Palta, tomate y semillas.
1_ Batir las claras a nieve
2_ Mezclar las yemas, el queso, la maizena, el royal y la sal y pimienta.
3_ Incorporar las claras a la mezcla de yemas y mezclar en forma envolvente.
4- Colocar  la mezcla con una cuchara en una placa para horno y cocinar durante 15 min. A horno fuerte.

The day you find your purpose.
. 
April 2007- Three weeks after my accident I had a moment that can only be described as divine. These divine moments are spontaneous, hits you in the heart and reminds you that you are part of a much bigger picture. I was sitting in the passengers seat of my aunts rental car, probably on our way to HOME GOODS when I stated that I knew what my purpose in life was. I can't recall the exact words- but with confidence and peace I said, "this was meant to happen, I was chosen, I'm suppose to help people and change lives with my accident." -(cliff notes version)

So that's exactly what I did.. I became a teacher, helping kids is cool? They are people, just younger and smaller. But that wasn't quite the calling that I was meant to fu-fill. Close- but no cigar.
.
It wasn't until I started using fitness as a means to heal my own wounds, that it all came to together. The purpose became clearer.  I was meant to share my accident and journey with others through fitness. Eight years later, I’m doing just that.
.
@oursouthbay magazine interviewed me last April highlighting my journey. I’m so grateful for the team that believed in me. My goal was to let the community near and far know that their not alone.

I was sitting in the passengers seat of my aunts rental car, probably on our way to HOME GOODS when I stated that I knew what my purpose in life was. I can't recall the exact words- but with confidence and peace I said, "this was meant to happen, I was chosen, I'm suppose to help people and change lives with my accident." -(cliff notes version)

So that's exactly what I did.. I became a teacher, helping kids is cool? They are people, just younger and smaller. But that wasn't quite the calling that I was meant to fu-fill. Close- but no cigar.
.
It wasn't until I started using fitness as a means to heal my own wounds, that it all came to together. The purpose became clearer.  I was meant to share my accident and journey with others through fitness. Eight years later, I’m doing just that.

@oursouthbay magazine interviewed me last April highlighting my journey. I’m so grateful for the team that believed in me. My goal was to let the community near and far know that their not alone.

Hey what's up everyone. So summers are officially here and most of you must have decided to cut down that big chunk of fat around your bellies.
So here is your summer shred plan
1. Establish a caloric deficit: - To cut down fat obviously you have to eat less but remember the deficit should be 300-700 calories low and not exceeding more than that if you love your #metabolism
2. calculate your macros:- Start calculating your macros. Calculating your calories will help you measure the caloric deficit accurately.
3. Manipulate your training: - Use compound or multijoint exercises and increase the intensity with considerably heavy weights, incorporate HIIT cardio along with that.
4. supplement smart:- Now by supplement i mean, consume enough protein and fats, limit your carb intake and consume fibreous carbs like veggies and whole grains. Having a salmon or tuna once in a while will give you omega-3 which really helps in fat loss by optimizing your hormones.
