🍕Yet another pizza night! Thin crust this time from last week's leftover dough which was originally made for deep dish pizza, but it works well anyway.
Dough: wholemeal: all purpose flour = 1:2
Toppings: homemade tomato sauce, pineapples, chilli, mozzarella, shaved ham.
For a nice thin crust with a crunch it's important for the ingredients to be dry, hence pineapples were sautéd on a dry pan first to remove moisture.
Roll out the dough, slap it onto a floured pan, brush with olive oil, tomato sauce (remove as much moisture as possible, and less is more), fill it up with toppings, stick it in the oven for 10-12min and we're done ✌🏼 #pizza #hawaiianpizza #pizzadough
