A lot of back day videos lately & this is because I rarely use to ever do back until my boo thang showed me how fun it is to do back and how important it is as well to train back if you want to tone and get that back leaner ❤️Hopefully sometime soon you all will see some back muscle. In the mean time my bod is still under construction & I'm working harder and harder each day. On the other hand I reached my PB (95kg deadlift) it's not perfection & form wise  is not 100 % when lifting heavy,  but slowly and surely I will lift that with ease perfecting a better form . In the mean time watch this space " I ain't playin 💪🏽😜 •
