I know not everyone is at the same level so here are 2 options for the same circuit. Feel free to "mix and match" between the two if say, you're comfortable doing bench burpees but not wall push-ups.

Reposting this before and after because initially the left photo was a different one in a thong (didn’t think that through when taking my before picture so I could share it. *face palm*)
and I just felt odd about having it on my account. But you can get this gist of the change I got in 6 WEEKS!!! I feel like I wouldn’t believe a single soul if they said this was their 6 week transformation. But it’s me and it took 6 weeks of clean eating, LIFTING weights <—- and cardio! 
You can freaking do it! I am usually the type of person who falls off and can’t commit but I proved myself wrong and I did it! Underneath my pants on the left picture was stubborn cellulite and I have little to none now. (See this is where the before picture in maybe full underwear or another bathing suit bottom would of played a big role in showing the difference) lol!

Today I fasted until noon and then ate one of these guys, a protein bar, and a yogurt. I then waited until nearly 7 and had my second meal of the day (@realgoodfoods pizza and some pork rinds). Baked organic chicken breast (Season breasts with kouzinifoods Italian seasoning which is currently out of stock but I’ll update you guys once it’s available!) + dash sea salt. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 163F. Pair with crispy zucchini rounds and asparagus (season with traderjoes new umami seasoning + pepper and Italian seasoning. Cook on a hot pan for a few), + my fave garlicky mushrooms (recipe few posts back), avocado -+ primalkitchenfoods ranch dressing drizzle 🥰

Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 163F. Pair with crispy zucchini rounds and asparagus (season with traderjoes new umami seasoning + pepper and Italian seasoning. Cook on a hot pan for a few), + my fave garlicky mushrooms (recipe few posts back), avocado -+ primalkitchenfoods ranch dressing drizzle 🥰

A throwback HIIT workout for y’all! Perform each move for 30 seconds back to back then rest for 1-2 minutes and repeat 3 times (or as many as you can!) HIIT workouts are great for when you’re short on time and want a quick way to get nice and sweaty! I’ll for sure be doing a lot more of these short and effective workouts when baby comes 🙈
