This CAULIFLOWER RICE CARBONARA is creamy, comforting and ridiculously delicious!

This SUPER side dish is SO quick and easy, that I will definitely be making it on a regular basis!

INGREDIENTS
• 4 cups cauliflower rice
• 2 tbsp butter, melted
• 2 tsp garlic, minced
• 8 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 cup heavy cream
• 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp black pepper

Моё питание полностью поменялось на 360 градусов и я офигенно себя чувствую на LCHF
Мой уровень инсулина никогда не поднимается, следовательно скачков сахара в крови нет, следовательно меня не тянет на сладкое!
Что такое LCHF- это грамотно выстроенная система жиров и белков!
В моем рационе нет углеводов вообще!
Я ем всё жирное и жарю на масле 😁 И здесь важны временные рамки! В 8 ми часовой промежуток времени нужно уложить 2 приёма пищи, остальные 16 часов- голодание!

My look when people say cooking keto is hard 🙄

It’s actually waaaay easier. I realized when doing carnivore that I actually felt the best when eating beef. I have never been a huge fan of beef and don’t eat steak, so I ate a lot of ground beef, in a bowl, with salt and pepper only. And it tasted good every single time!! I thought about eating only ground beef today, but I already had broccoli prepared, so I threw that in a bowl with the beef. Add S&P, then you’re done! I eat about 1/2 lb ground beef per meal when I eat it like this. This lifestyle does not have to be complicated or full of Pinterest recipes (although they are fun to try). Sometimes the simplest meals are the most tasty. 😛What’s your fave keto meal, or any meal for that matter?!

Sprouts had those colossal shrimp on sale this week, so I had to grill some up! Tossed in a little @villacappelli olive oil and some pork rub from Terry Black's BBQ. Seared over a 600-700 degree fire for a few minutes on each side til visibly finished, sprinkling more rub along the way. Served with a super basic Sriracha Mayo on the side for dipping. Fantastic shrimp feast!

I was looking back at my photos and man, oh man now I'm craving this! This was crispy parmesan chicken and pan seared zucchini and squash! Simple but so flavorful! This was made with a boneless, skinless chicken thigh. The base was butter and garlic, then I dipped it in parmesan and romano grated cheese and almond flour. Fried up in butter and olive oil! It was absolutely amazing and I think tomorrow night's dinner!! --------------------------

냉장고에 야채 다꺼내니 표고4개 양파1개 파프리카 노랑 빨강 피망 부추 돼지고기 해동시키고 천사채 끓는물에 베이킹파우더넣어 보드랍게만들어주고 다떼볶~!! 양념장은 그냥 기꼬만간장, 액젓만 막판에 에리스톨 살짝 넣는둥마는둥했어요.  들기름 훠릭 참께 휘릭하니 잡채완성요.

After a long sunny & (dare I say) successful day on the golf course.. I was starving!! BBQ chicken breast, Greek salad, fried halloumi, oven roasted asparagus, and flame broiled cherry tomatoes + a good helping of my favourite locally made tzatziki 😍 now to relax with my husband before he leaves for work tomorrow and I play a double header for softball tomorrow night.

Some thoughts... avocado, guacamole, nut butter, ghee, quality butter with salt and pepper, jam and butter, peanut butter and jelly, CHEESE, vegan cheese spread, cream cheese, thinly sliced salami and/or prosciutto, deli meat and cheese, pesto, hummus (EVERY kind!), tuna salad, chicken salad, egg salad, sardines, oysters, olive oil and s&p, anything with EBTB seasoning, smoked salmon, cookie dough, melted chocolate, pickles and cream cheese, salsa, pineapple mango salsa, spicy salsa, all the salsas, black bean dip, fruit and honey, and tapenade. Off the top of our heads. What’d we miss??

So my Hens night is coming up on June 8th and I want to wear these new jeans that I purchased in Oct/Nov 2018 and have never worn. 
I went on holiday, and have been struggling with momentum/motivation since then. 
So I’m going to try the 5:2 fasting technique over the next few days (I started Wednesday, watching what I ate, yesterday was a “fast day” (consume under 500 calories) and today I’m making keto choices up to 1500ish calories. 
My body isn’t responding the way it used to towards full keto eating and my stress levels have been high recently and my binge eating has been happening much too regularly. 
Set a goal. Work towards it.

...made these beautiful ASPARAGUS WITH HAVARTI CHIPS... one asparagus spear is only 0.3 net carbs.  Havarti cheese has 0 carbs.  To make this delicious side dish even more keto friendly, I sautéed them in 1 Tbsp butter.  To make these havarti chips, I just placed a slice on a skillet and let it crisp up.  Havarti is a Danish semi soft cheese with a buttery flavor.  Super yummy! .

Eu usei: Rabo bovino, alho, sal rosa,  azeitona, champignon, bertalha, tomate, temperos a gosto e abóbora moranga, aquela usada no Halloween.
Sempre que eu posto refeições com abóbora, faço questão de informar que abóbora é low carb sim! Embora muitos tenham medo de comer por ela ser adocicada.
Eu tenho o costume de só usar a moranga, porque esta é a que tem menos carboidrato.
