TriStar / Super 8 Famiclone.
This is a pretty neat adapter for Super Nintendo / Super Famicom that's designed to play NES and Famicom games. Besides that, it also has a slot for SNES games, and considering that it's wide slot without rounded edges or anything like that, it's able to play US SNES games and also EUR SNES and JPN SFC. But more on that in a bit.
The company called "Innovation", released this device in 1995.
The NTSC version is sold under the title "Super 8", while the PAL version, which I have right here, is "TriStar".
That NTSC/PAL difference matters for 8-bit side. You would be able to play games in full speed, or in slower speed just like the majority of Famiclones (the hybrid of NTSC+PAL hardware; NTSC sound pitch, processor, but the forced PAL speed).
The furthest cartridge port is for Famicom 60-pin carts; the middle one is for NES 72-pin carts, and the nearest one is for SNES games.
The compatibility for TriStar (specifically, because that's what I own) is decent as far as Famiclones go - the VRC6 works well, the picture and sound are decent. But some games like Jungle Book, Felix the Cat, Super Lion King, Super Aladdin don't work quite well here. Yet, it's not a huge problem, to my mind.
The controller scheme us simple - SNES Y is NES B button; SNES B is NES A button. No turbo buttons, unfortunately. And no way to connect any accessories here due to different controller ports.
As for SNES side, I haven't been able to test all of my games, but from what I can say - some games like Donkey Kong Country 2 won't play here, due to anti-piracy protection.
In my case, since I am running this adapter, designed to PAL SNES, on my Super Famicom, in order to make it run in the first place, I have to get NTSC SNES/SFC cart inserted into cartridge slot, otherwise it'll refuse to boot at all.
But other than that, it's a pretty awesome adapter in my opinion. I tested the compatibility of it earlier on my channels, so I suggest checking out my TriStar Famiclone Tests video, to see how it works and plays the NES side. :)
