Let's talk about setting goals.
In the previous post I used the example of the goal being to make $100,000 this year, so we'll stick with that I'll show you how to effectively set that goal and make it actionable. $100,000 over 52 weeks.
1) subtract how many weeks vacation you would like to take this year. Let's say 4 weeks. That leaves you with 48 to reach your goals.
2) divide $100,000 by 48 weeks which gives you a smaller more manageable goal of a little over $2,000 a week.
3) Make the goal actionable... make a list of the macro actions needed to achieve this... things like generating leads, following up with existing clients, sending DM's on social media to your most active followers in your area, creating a content calendar (I'll dive into that in another post), preparing the content according to that calendar.
4) Make a list of the micro actions needed to achieve the macro actions. Make the calls to clients, write and send the DM's to your most active followers, create the content for your social media posts and create and execute on the content calendar.
The only variable that cannot be measured is work. Only you know if you're doing the work required in the steps above.
Work hard. Be patient.
