What’s in my lunch box
Wild caught salmon filet seasoned with coconut aminos, sesame oil, @traderjoes everything but the bagel sesame seed seasoning, baked 350 for 15 minutes.
Pan fried cauliflower garlic gnocchi (see previous post on how I prepare it). Roasted broccoli: Avocado oil, salt + pepper bake 400 for 20 minutes.
Snacks: @seasnax, apple with @artisanaorganics cashew butter, and carrots and celery stored in my @stasherbag
