I got a DM about why I never/hardly train arms. Simple. I don’t care to have huge arms. If you’re to train properly in proper volume every upper body training day, your arms get worked enough. Sure I do a set here and there at the end of my workout. Same with shoulders! I hardly train them!
I have a job that’s very dependent on arm and shoulder strength, as a meat cutter. When I first started out, I had no idea I’d be going home with sore arms and hands from how hard you have to grip. Shoulders are sore from the cutting motion, especially if it’s a fast pace production.
All in all, arms shouldn’t be an essential day unless you’re training for the sport and not just for your own self progression! Train whatever the fuck you wanna train though. 😂
