Mannnn this felt amazing to finally hit. I had to throw straps on unfortunately though because my thumbs were just ripped up from hook gripping so frequently. Everybody else counts straps so fuck it, I will too. Been fighting this weight for awhile now, which might explain my double middle finger walk off 🤣🖕🏼🖕🏼That weight has kicked my ass so many times in the past that it felt wonderful to finally return the ass whooping. This brings me only 25lbs off of my deadlift goal for the year of 700lbs 💪🏼just gotta keep eating. Which brings me to my next point...IF YOU DON’T WANT TO EAT LIKE A FUCKING DOG YOU’RE WASTING YOUR TIME. I force feed myself to the point where I’m gagging the last bit down every meal. 7 meals a day. Every single day. Call me crazy but I love what I do. That’s what is gonna separate you from the rest, to be willing to do shit nobody else wants to do. The satisfaction of moving heavy ass weight is like nothing else in the world to me. Only going up from here 🤘🏼 .

I got a DM about why I never/hardly train arms. Simple. I don’t care to have huge arms. If you’re to train properly in proper volume every upper body training day, your arms get worked enough. Sure I do a set here and there at the end of my workout. Same with shoulders! I hardly train them!

I have a job that’s very dependent on arm and shoulder strength, as a meat cutter. When I first started out, I had no idea I’d be going home with sore arms and hands from how hard you have to grip. Shoulders are sore from the cutting motion, especially if it’s a fast pace production.

All in all, arms shouldn’t be an essential day unless you’re training for the sport and not just for your own self progression! Train whatever the fuck you wanna train though. 😂

Yesterday I did a body weight 100 challenge in my lounge.100 of each exercise. With the mindset of “push until you can’t, rest until you can.” Oh my goodness my body is sore today! I definitely think today will be a rest day ❤️See below if you wanna try it out.

2️⃣100 push ups 
3️⃣100 jump lunges 
4️⃣100 tricep dips 
5️⃣100 burpees .
.
I did it in sets of 10 in a circuit format.. but you can smash it out anyway you like 💪🏻

Yesterday I did a body weight 100 challenge in my lounge.100 of each exercise. With the mindset of “push until you can’t, rest until you can.” Oh my goodness my body is sore today! I definitely think today will be a rest day ❤️See below if you wanna try it out.

2️⃣100 push ups
3️⃣100 jump lunges
4️⃣100 tricep dips
5️⃣100 burpees .

I did it in sets of 10 in a circuit format.. but you can smash it out anyway you like 💪🏻

MY GO TO Ab exercises to MAKE SURE my abs are sore and crying the next day 😍😂 I added some beginner modifications so watch each vid all the way through 😘 ahhh these are my favvvvvvs! I might be the only person on the planet who loves training abs 🤷‍♀️

1️⃣ This first one is definitely not for beginners, but you can work yourself up to it by using the modification i added. This is my favorite ab exercise by far. I’m always sore the next day and i do it to burn out my abs at the end of my ab days allll the time 👌🏻 (i wasn’t being safe by not using a mat so don’t follow my bad example!) 3X10
2️⃣ This water bottle exercise is a very popular one! 30 secsX3
3️⃣ Plank side touches into jump w/ a modification for my beginners 😘 3X10
4️⃣ Up & Down Flutter Kicks - 30 secsX3
5️⃣ 5 Vertical toe touches into 5 horizontal heel touches - 30 secsX3
6️⃣ knee tuck variation in a coffee table or bench - 3X10
7️⃣ Elbow to knee touches - 3X15 .
