Was planning on having toast 🤩 this morning but, after the toaster started smoking, I figured it was time to retire her. 😬 I’ve had her for 3 years... a $20 toaster! I gave up on making toast this morning and, instead, made these carrot noodle nests. Sometimes, ya just gotta go with the flow ya feel?
Still catching up on personal things after 3 weeks of finals! 👏🏻 Honestly this past week has been the least stressed I’ve been in a while so I’m loving every second! Also, it’s prime that the weather is also cooperating with me! Catch y’all on the flip side! 
The deets: sauté noodles in garlic ghee until crispy, form two wells in the center, and then crack two eggs in each. Cook until the white is solid, then serve with my chipotle red lentil dip, spinach, and kraut! #thecuttingveg .

Treated myself to this yummy #cheesecake with fresh strawberries 😍👌. so good and it was exactly what I needed today 😌. I won't lie I was a bit sad today because it was my last day in San Diego before I say goodbye again tomorrow and head back home to Germany. feels very surreal 😔. Have a good week ❤️! .

Setting myself up for success this week. Feeling a flare up of my Hashimotos so i will need to stay focused and try my hardest to push through the symptoms. .
Easy peasy (slightly burnt) Lamb Burger Bowls 😍 i dont normally meal prep as trying to prepare a weeks food in one whole day stresses me out.. but i cooked a little extra last night so that i could put together some quick meals to take to work.

Went for a nice walk today to stay active. I can’t to anything extensive so I’m all about going for walks when it’s not raining. 
This week is all about focusing on my nutrition. Most of my hard work has come from the kitchen and what I am fueling my body with. Getting in shape is 80% nutrition and 20% working out.  You cannot work off a bad diet.

I said it in an earlier post but for realz... I’m pumped about this weeks waist measurement! 🙌🏼 I’ve been patiently waiting, following the plan, hitting all my workouts. Last week it happened but this week it went down AGAIN, letting me know it wasn’t a damn fluke! Yaaas! Will I go smaller? IDK and IDC. My goal now is to practice my ass off and keep hitting the food to a T and doing all I can do. •

I have been incorporating fasting into my lifestyle for over 5-6 years now and can say it has been the most amazing rejuvenating tool I have ever come across. 
Not only do you clean out your body, but you get banging energy, clarity and creativity begins to spark on a whole new level. 
Recently every Monday I have been doing DRY fasts, I do not suggest this for beginners as it is the most extreme and intense form. 1 day of dry fasting is equivalent to 3 days of water fasting. By dry I mean no food or water what so ever. Did you know your body can create the most amazing water needed for survival within your fat cells? Just hanging here waiting for some warm weather...

This journey has done incredible things for me physically yes, but mentally? Guys I am a completely different person and that is what has changed it all for me. I have found myself, found out who Sara really is and have embraced me for who I am. 
I’ve been an online health coach for awhile but never did a thing with it other than use the discount because duh. But since losing my daddy, I have changed once again. I feel this pull at my heart to pay it forward and share this fucking incredible journey with others and I want to create freedom. 
There were a lot of times I couldn’t be there for my daddy as much as I wanted due to my job and I don’t want that to ever happen again. I want to be able to know that if anything happens to my mom I can drop everything and be right there for her. 
I want to keep digging deep and finding more of myself, I want FREEDOM ✌🏼👊🏼💜 So I will be diving in and seeing where I can take this. I know that’s what he would want me to do.
