Gmail have some awesome tips and tricks. These 👇 are some of them
1⃣ Undo Send: Have you ever sent a message in error and then immediately realized you were not ready to send that message OR you realized you sent it to a wrong recipient?
Well, I have good news for you! ( Be sure to save this post)
You can use the 'Undo Send' feature in Gmail. It let's you recall an email you already sent with a 100% chance that the receiver did not see it.
To enable this function, go to your Gmail settings, click the 'Labs' Tab and enable the 'Undo Send' Button. You also have the option of choosing the amount of time you have to unsend a message by clicking the gear icon.
2⃣ Power Search: This feature helps you track down whatever you need to find - whether it's an email, attachment or a chat message.
Just type your search parameter into the search box at the top of your inbox page and hit 'Enter'. 3⃣ Keep Tabs on Your Gmail Activity: Want to be sure no one else has accessed your Gmail recently?

Within your Inbox view, scroll down to the right-hand corner and click on the 'details' link under 'last account activity'.
Gmail will provide you with a list of IP addresses that have accessed your account and will let you know if your account is currently signed on somewhere else.
