Save your elbows by simply changing the tool. Traditional skull crushers with a barbell or even an ez bar can take their toll on this joint. Try using kettlebells instead. Your triceps will get more of a burn and you’re elbows will thank you. Got this idea from @drjohnrusin and have been impressed with the results.

You can change it up by adding hot sauce or teriyaki sauce or whatever flavor you want. It’s cheap also. Good for lifters on a budget like me. 3️⃣ Fruit/veggies, protein and fiber are great when it comes to filling up your belly and keeping you full over time. Fruit/veggies are high volume, meaning that you can eat a lot of them without consuming a lot of calories. Protein and fiber are very satiating (they will keep you full)

4️⃣ Follow the 80/20 rule or any type of “flexible dieting” that allows you to treat yourself in moderation. This will increase your chances of sustaining it in the long run. No one will ever benefit from a strict/boring diet.

5️⃣ Exercise! Personally, I am a big fan of resistance training, and I can argue all day why it’s important for anyone to do it. However, you need to find a type of training that you enjoy. There’s no point doing the things you hate.

The photo in the middle is only a few months previous to the one on the right! You can truly do anything you set your mind too! If you would have told me 3 years ago that I could build muscle in my body and have biceps and shoulders that you could see, I would have laughed so hard(and perhaps maybe cried a little inside.😂🤷🏼‍♀️😬🙈)
Truth is, our bodies are SO much more capable than we give them credit for really. 3️⃣ Plate curls 4x15
4️⃣ Single arm lat pull down to both 4x8 
5️⃣ 21’s bicep curls x4 (7 reps with the barbell low then straight to 7 reps w barbell high then straight to 7 reps with barbell from high to low. Idk if that makes sense watch the whole clip to see the 3 different arms movements 😊) 6️⃣ Straight bar pull down 3x10
7️⃣ Narrow grip face pulls 3x10
8️⃣ Assisted pull ups 2x failure

My body is creaking like an old ship; shoulder impingement, a strain in my leg, and an over trained lower back from all the heavy deadlifting and squating... But I can't bring myself to take a day off from the gym, it feels like a day wasted if I do. No reason I can't hammer away at my biceps today though 💪
