1.) what do you do on mental health days?
2.) do you prefer going out with friends or staying in by yourself to give yourself a break from stress?
3.) If you don’t have an entire day to relax, what is one quick thing you do to give yourself a break?
I’ll go first!
1.) I like to go shopping or see a movie on my mental health days, but I also like creating art, meaning a photo shoot (with a model or a self portrait)
2.) Does going out by myself count here? No? I’m breaking my own rules? Such a rebel lol
3.) If I don’t have a lot of time but need to de-stress, I crest art. I’ll design a fine art photo, make a book cover, etc give me a camera, Photoshop, and twenty minutes and I’ll feel a lot better AND have pretty art after!
