Aklına gelen her şeyi düşünmeden yaz. Ardından cevaplarına bir göz gezdir; başarı, güç, sevgili gibi hedef odaklı veya dış etkenlere bağlı cevapların varsa üstünü çizebilirsin.
Mutluluğun en basit tanımı “bir sebep olmaksızın keyif hissedilen anların çoğunlukta olduğu, keyifsiz anların da huzur içinde kabul edilebildiği hal” olabilir mi?

💮Falsche Ernährungsgewohnheiten machen uns krank
Die häufigsten Fehler, welche aus ayurvedischer Sicht zu Krankheiten führen oder diese verstärken:
* 💮Eine für die individuelle Konstitution unangemessene Ernährung.
* 💮Vor allem die Kombination von sauren und schleimigen Speisen (wie z.B. Tomaten mit Käse, Zitrusfrüchte mit Joghurt) sowie Milch zusammen mit tierischem Eiweiß (Fisch und Milch, Fleisch und Milch) ist besonders belastend für das Srota-System.
* 💮Der Genuss von zu viel sauren Speisen: Zitrusfrüchte, Tomaten, saure Milchprodukte, Essig und alle anderen sauer schmeckenden Speisen sollten in einer Reinigungsdiät unbedingt vermieden werden.
* 💮Der Verzehr von Fleisch, Fisch, Eiern, Käse, Kaffee, Alkohol, Zitrussäften und Rohkost belasten den Organismus und ist während einer Reinigungsdiät strengstens untersagt.
* 💮Eine den Tages- und Jahreszeiten nicht angepasste Ernährung, wie Früchte und Salat am Abend, schwere Speisen am Morgen oder Milchprodukte im Frühjahr.
* 💮Unregelmäßige Mahlzeiten sowie Unruhe und Stress beim Essen führen zu einer Schwächung des Verdauungssystems und der Immunkraft.

Our hormonal and menstrual cycles mirror the monthly rhythm of the moon. Like the moon, we go through 4 distinct phases each month, our the quality and quantity of our energy changes from week to week, coming full circle each month where we are renewed. 🌑
🌞 But men also have a cycle, hormonally and energetically like we do, only men mirror the cycle of the SUN. 
Men move through 4 phases every 24 hours, and like clockwork are renewed each day 🌌
Since our social, work and cultural time frames were established by men, for men they move on a 24 cycle also. We are expected to show up and produce, create, communicate and rest in the same way day after day 📅
Know that you are not crazy if you cannot (or will not) show up in this way. 😜 💜 Women need more rest (and chocolate) some weeks more than others. 🧡 One week you may be articulate AF and the next week not be able to string a sentence together. 💙 Social butterfly one week, hermit the next. 💚 Embrace your ever-changing ever-evolving state. 💛 This is where your superpowers lie.
