Please excuse all my faces in the video😂😂😂 but this is my FAVORITE burnout exercise for the end of my booty days🍑

Cable pull-throughs are KILLERS for the booty and hammies!! Notice that I am going very sloooowww on the way down. I am thinking about activating my glutes and feeling the stretch all the way down my legs💪🏻

And then notice the quick thrust up to really activate the glutes! And then I hold my glutes tight for a few seconds between reps to really burn them out🔥🔥🔥

Add this to the end of leg days and the bubble butt will come out in no time🏋🏼‍♀️

Had an extreme cheat weekend in beer gardens with my doggy 🐶 it would be rude not to have a bbq and a few G+T’s in the sun right?🌚 I am looking forward to getting back on track tomorrow but I know for some people this can be very difficult after a long indulgent weekend so thought I’d share a few tips..

💫 Don’t have the mentality of “oh well because I’ve eaten crap I may as well have another day of it before I got healthy again” the amount of times I used to do this and then eat crap for another week! Don’t even risk it ❌

💫 Get back to the gym as soon as you can, but only go if it feels right don’t force yourself and have a crappy workout .

So first, sorry! Didn’t post for over 2 days.. this was all because I had to work the last 2 days for 13,5 hours each day! So 27 hours in 2 days.. damn

So today just a regular gym selfie. I sometimes doubt if gym selfies are nice, but they probably are haha.

Today I had chest/tricep day! It was amazing. The gym was almost empty and I enjoyed it! Normally I am against using multiple equipment at one time. However, because it was empty I did. Awesome, more pain —> more gain!

Took advantage of the nice weather we're having and hit the quayside yesterday.

If like me you're cutting for summer you don't have to cut out alcohol altogether, go out but drink sensibly if you can.

If you're a beer drinker go for something like Coors Light. If you prefer spirits go for vodka, gin, rum, whiskey either straight if appropriate or with a diet mixer.

Many of these transformations are after succeeding and failing
I’ve lost and gained 10 lbs
I’ve set PR’s and dropped easy weight
I’ve tried fad diets and eaten properly
I’ve gone to the gym everyday and I’ve skipped the gym everyday
I’ve drank water and I’ve drank soda
I’ve hit endless cardio and I’ve skipped countless cardio
I’ve slept in late
I’ve worked out at 5am
I’ve hated fitness
And I’ve become a PT
It’s a rollercoaster, what can I say🤷🏻‍♀️

Hope you all had a great weekend and a great Easter!! 🐣
I hit some legs today, specifically quads🔥(no surprise there lol😂) I started with 6 sets of 5 on back squats and my legs are still shaking; leaving the gym was such a struggle💀
I got a few clips from my workout that I will post tomorrow, so look out for that🤗

After breakfast & a morning workout we walked about an hour then caught a random bus 🚌 and went reeeeally far and got lost far from the hotels and shops... and it was a best!!.

Yes we looked like we were lost (we were lost) but it was so fun exploring and eating tacos 🌮 out of the back of someone’s van.
