#squat session this morning with my long lost bro @a.f._valdez. Based on what #chadbot suggested 330x3x10 followed by feet up on bench for 195x3x10. My body is completely fried, I can't wait for deload week. Looking forward to the strength block.

I think by dealing with weak parts of your game you can gain a lot more benefits for your overall performance. So my goal is to become from a shitty powerlifter to an average powerlifter.

Bench has slowly worked its was into my heart. For a long time I despised bench. I was a former competitive swimmer and my shoulders are trash (thanks butterfly)...
But working on accessories to strengthen my shoulders and consistently working on bench (multiple times a day) my bench has improved! It is one of my best lifts now and it’s only getting stronger! Yay!

Just move. That’s all you gotta do sometimes. Don’t overthink it. If you can’t operate at all 8 cylinders, use 6. But don’t just quit. The little bit you accomplish does make a difference.
There's a song in Korea by Busker Busker called "Cherry Blossom Ending" and it plays every turn of the season into Spring. It was released in 2012. Imagine writing a song and having it played every year after for it's novelty and just collecting royalties. Spring has sprung and it means payday for these artists. - .

@mhernand.z’s last pull of the day at the CPU Canadian National Championship. The lift that locked her well deserved place on the podium next to the best in the country! 195kg / 430lbs at 155lbs BW. More than 2.5X her BW!!!
