Squat - 672lbs
All too easy. Despite having food poisoning since Thursday and couldn't hold any fluids or food down before or after weigh ins i ended with 1778lbs total at 191lbs walk in weight. but hey the platform doesn't care about sickness or Injuries you either do it that day or don't and I didn't achieve what i wanted to at all but thats how it goes sometimes. Ill take this seeing i only competed 2 Years went from 1433lbs at 165 class to 1778lbs in exactly two years time. And started lifting for the first time for only about 4.5 years. 26 years old and i have alot of learning to do and alot of growing into this sport just yet. Ill take a nice off season and aim for 1900lbs total next meet at 198 class. At the end of the day its just a hobby and lifting weights nothing more, definitely appreciate all the friends that helped me yesterday especially @kody_waldstein been helping me since day one of my powerlifting journey and all the friends i made from this sport it was a good time yesterday but now back to training. @magnibarbell@jaffestrength@jbboss_lifters4lifters@upa_events_@iowa_powerlifting@valonaliu
