☝🏼 new habit I’ve adopted over the last 4 weeks since starting this new workout program is waking up an hour earlier. The first week it was a challenge & some days I didn’t wanna get out of bed, but now it’s just apart of my everyday routine. ———————————————————
I wake up early, work on my coaching biz, get my workout in & start my day having accomplished multiple important things before I leave for work for the day! I feel more productive, less stressed & motivated to crush those big dreams of mine 💪🏻🙌🏻
