My mornings are quite active since I am in sessions with my clients till lunch time.

For my breakfast:
I went from smoothies to oatmeals, simply because after having a smoothie I felt hungry in 2h time. Oats help me last till midday without feeling hungry, It means I eat less for the rest of the day simply because I am not starving. Oats are carbs - good carbs to help you going without falling into overeating during dinner time. 
Oatmeal itself can help you lose weight because it will help you feel full longer than other foods. The fiber content of oatmeal can also aid the digestive system.

Oatmeal is a low-cost option, which will make it easier to stick with than a weight loss system that costs money to participate in or requires expensive special meals.

Dried oats 1/2 cup is only 150cal.
There is no doubt - 
I have 3 table spoons oats cevered with water or any nut milk - with added umph... berries, cacao, cinnamon etc... #breakfast #oats #porridge #foodporn

Did you know as I didn’t that Buckwheat is actually the seed of a flowering fruit that is related to rhubarb and sorrel. I knew it was wheat free but why it has wheat in the name is a mystery - well perhaps to get in on the wheat market but no need imho and as it's completely gluten-free and unrelated to wheat and grasses etc.  It means I can use it for galettes or non wheat sarnies and yummy cookies and things (see pics of round 1 ). I’m not sharing recipes today as I’m still making substitutes to make them yummier and healthier I have a perfecting deadline though and psyching myself up for going live on Sunday morning - that’s bake day - yep I’m going to bite the bullet and do this 🙊 !!!!! But we were out...not one peice of chocolate to be found in the house! 😮😢 ...but this toast was still amazing! Any citrus fruit on peanut butter with honey = yum 😋 ...oh and I'm a bit crazy for cinnamon raisin bread, so that's what we did 😍 not a mistake.

 Third week in of consistently juicing my greens. Here’s what I’ve noticed:
💚My energy has jumped. I can get out of bed at 4:45am to hit the gym and have energy throughout the day.
💚My skin is clearing. I’ve been dealing with Perioral Dermatitis this winter, skin is greatly influenced by what we put in our bodies and foods we are sensitive to, so cleaner food means cleaner skin.
💚 Last, but certainly not least, I’ve been feeling very flushed out and detoxed. We can store a TON of waste in our systems so it is important to wake it up and move it out! Green juice can do it all!

Third week in of consistently juicing my greens. Here’s what I’ve noticed:
💚My energy has jumped. I can get out of bed at 4:45am to hit the gym and have energy throughout the day.

Sometimes, adding spinach and spirulina to my morning smoothie just does it for me. Its actually not as bad as everyone thinks but there is a trick, don't try and add too much of the green stuff otherwise it can be a bit gross. 
So my go-to-green smoothie recipe is:
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 large handful baby spinach
- 1/2 tsp spirulina
- 1/2 tsp maca powder
- green vibrance powder
- chia seeds
- ice
- 1/2 cup milk of choice
- 1/2 water
- 2 scoops of protein powder
...
Directions:
Blend in your OmniBlend and enjoy! You could even add apple, celery, kale and avo if you wanted it a bit creamier. Its also nice to add a protein powder of sorts to get in your macros for the day. I like to add one scoop of @bodybywild vegan raw vanilla and one scoop of @phytopro pea protein. The vanilla makes the smoothie taste really nice and I just love @phytopro so might be a little bias there but hey 😉💚
