SIMPLE CREAMY OATS
This morning I had oats again after a really long time. The last few times I experienced bloating after eating oats, so I preferred to eat other kind of breakfasts, but this morning I decided to make oats again. I used the porridge oats and I actually wasn’t bloated afterwards! 🙌🏼
Oh btw I was wondering if I’m the only one who feels more hungry after eating oats? 😅 Don’t know what it is, but I get that weird hunger feeling after eating oats..
Anyways, this is how I made my oats this morning;
I used porridge oats with cinnamon, a pinch of salt, a bit of sweetener, chia and flax seeds and 1/2 tsp maca powder (makes it super creamy!) and poured over some boiled water until totally covered. Mix and top with your favourite toppings.
I topped it with bluebs, mango, banana, raspberries, mulberries (@tresbiengroningen ) , hempseeds, shaved almonds and my home made nutbutter. ✨
