Had a great conversation today with artist Saira about her works of human art and the purpose behind what she does 🙏🏻💗 Via • @breathofhenna My beautiful Bride Sameen was one of the most certain brides I have adorned yet. In her existence, as I adorned her, she was whole. As we neared her wedding day after consulting downtown in a local cafe, I found myself reflecting with her words as she spoke about her long distance relationship. I wanted to chase time backwards into an abyss of guaranteed uncertainties and magical circumstances. I too was in a long distance relationship. I wanted to deceive my past in knowing my future. I desired a plan and a consistent income to fund my undefined future.
In love, we day dream a lot and forgive our anger, which is filled with perception and assertiveness. We allow someone to fill in what we feel is missing and we regret a lot of time...forcefully invested.
My thoughts here to all my future and soon to be Brides, find a way to love you and your partner. Loving you may mean to uncovering a safety net, which you thought protected you. By discovering and battling your uneasy, unforgivable past, you may unleash a daring, strengthening self image of loyal relationships and boundless fulfilling experiences. Trust yourself to love your whole. A half simply will not justify the reason to love. YOU MUST LOVE WHOLE.
