Why are most people walking around with unhealthily big waist sizes ? Because its easier than working hard and getting lean.

Why do most people not make as much money as they would like ? Because its easy and comfortable.

Why do so many people find themselves in relationships they aren’t happy with ? Because its easy to stay in them than move towards the unknown.

Look, im not a life coach and maybe you disagree with some of these statements. But its quite obvious that that which causes more pain, discomfort and presents more difficulty NOW, leads to greater results later. You find yourself in 1 of two loops...

Loop 1, you’re doing things which you KNOW deep down, won’t serve the future you down the line, but you decide you’ll start on it ‘tomorrow, next week, next month...’ or you think you’ve got plenty of time to fix it. You don’t. -
Loop 2, you do things everyday that you don’t necessarily want to do or arent motivated to do, but you do them because you know the power of compound and that in the future you will reap the rewards and you’ll be GLAD you stuck to it and did it.

I call them loops because the more you stay in one or the other, the stronger that particular habit loop gets. And the stronger it gets, the harder it is to break out of it. Time creeps up and before you know it, you’ll find yourself in a situation you never thought you’d be in and you must escape before its truly too late (assuming it isnt already), or you find yourself in a position few people on the planet experience in their lifetime, and you wonder why.

Here’s just another clip from my arm workout yesterday. It might look like I’m also getting in a little bit of a leg workout here but I’m really not. I’m squated just to create a little bit more stabilization for improved muscle isolation. For this workout, start out at a moderate weight, not too heavy and not too light. Here’s my rep sequence:
20 reps (35lbs), 18 reps (42lbs), 16 reps (50lbs), 14 reps (57lbs), 12 reps (50lbs), 10 reps (42lbs), 20 reps (35lbs). Hold for 10 seconds at the end of each set and feel that burn! 💪

With the abs, there is a time and place for everything. For myself, I have found quality over quantity when training. I may sometimes make use of a tri-set styled ab routine but I have never felt it necessary.

Please also stop holding a 20kg plate or DB at your side while you simply bend at the same side like it is actually doing something to your abs or obliques or whatever you be trying to do 🤦🏽‍♂️

Triceps extension!!

Most of the time I see people performing exercises for the triceps in a wrong way.
⬇️
The triceps or the triceps brachii  is a three-headed muscle on the back of your upper arm. 
The muscle itself connects to both the elbow and the shoulder joint and the primary function is to extend the elbow.
⬇️
Common mistakes:
🔺️Too much weight.
Therefore exercise can't be performed correctly because instead of using  triceps you ingage all other muscles to assist the movement.
Solution:
Use the weight you can manage and concentrate on getting this squeeze in your triceps.

🔺️You perform exercise to quickly.
Solution:
Concentrate on every repetition.
1 sec for extension of your arm.
1-2 sec pause at the bottom of the movement.
3-4 sec for bringing arms to the starting position.

🔺️By working for hypertrophy you use powerlifters training method.
Solution:
Instead of using a lot of weight and having 1 or 2 reps, drop weight down and have 6-12.

I love to have compound exercises for 8-12 reps
and isolation exercises for 12-20.

It very depends on my periodization, sometimes I can have even compound exercises for 15reps but very rarely just because that amount of reps get me bored. 🔺️So usally Compound exercises 8-12 reps.
🔺️Isolation exercises 12-20.

As I mentioned before it depends on my periodization, because everything may vary, tempo, rest time, reps, sets.

Instead of using a lot of weight and having 1 or 2 reps, drop weight down and have 6-12.

It very depends on my periodization, sometimes I can have even compound exercises for 15reps but very rarely just because that amount of reps get me bored. 🔺️So usally Compound exercises 8-12 reps.

Day 8 Of My Bulking Phase.

It’s creepy how my keyboard on my phone already knew the rest of the above sentence when I typed, “Day 8” 🙃

Today I My Push Workout, but the only thing that changed were some of the weights and Reps. I went from 35 to 40 lbs for 6 Reps Of Dips 💪🏽, then I increase my push-up Reps to 20 for the 1st Set, then dropped to 12 and then 10 on the last set.

I also increased my weight and Reps for Triceps pushdowns from 10 Reps to 12, and from 47.5 lbs to 50 lbs. .
These little changes might not seem like much, but if you increase just a little bit every time you workout, then by the time you’re 1 month in, you’re drastically above where you started at.

My Handstand pushups were weak today. Didn’t go all the way down. I think it might have to do with my wrist pain that I have been dealing with lately. .
The Inbody Analysis that is in here, is from this past Saturday. I gained about 2% Bodyfat within 5 days 🤣 probably all of the sugar I ate Monday night was the result of an increase of body fat quickly. Now I’m eating less than last week, but I’m still in a caloric surplus (Lean bulk).

✅Most people actually start with too light of a weight, and therefore use their arms to muscle up the movement. If you're new to kettlebell training, try a 6 or 8 kg kettlebell to start. If you have experience with strength training or kettlebells, try a 12kg.

Rome ne s'est pas bâti en un jour, et mes muscles non plus. Quand on se lance dans la belle AVENTURE qu'est celle de prendre soin de sa santé, on ne sait jamais où celà va nous mener. Je ne cesse de me surprendre depuis les derniers mois. Je suis CAPABLE de faire des exercices que je n'aurais même pas osé imaginer de peur d'être "endolorie" le lendemain. 😂
