Being an ectomorph or a (hard gainer) is quite difficult I know that because I've been there on top of that they have less helpful information than any other group, and they make mistakes so often.
◾️The most common gaining weight mistakes they often make:
1.Not tracking calories: We all know that in order to gain weight we must eat more than we burn but the "EAT MORE" technique won't do that for you, you might be eating more but still you are not getting enough calories the best way to assure that you are on the right track is to count your calories as detailed as possible using "Apps" you can find online.
2.Too much Cardio: Doing too much Cardio can limit your gains specially with an ectomorph's fast metabolism (you need those calories) keep your Cardio activities to a minimum once a week is fairly sufficient.
3.Overtraining: A lot of people think that by exercising more you will get more muscle, thats totally wrong, in order to grow rest and recovery are very important.
4.Putting supplementation their top priority: Supplementation is quite important it can help you reach your daily caloric intake and macros and many other benefits, but REAL FOOD is more important, if you are not eating properly, sleeping, and working out well, supplementation should be the last of your concerns.
