I've been knocked down many times to understand the world carries on spinning without me . . . So I take a lil time out for me, but not too long because then it gets sticky 😅 and the comfort zones creep in

So I wonna show you how I'm gonna be working out for the next few weeks while I try and get my mind back focused 💆🏾‍♂️ . . . Keeping my strength is key to picking up where I left off when I start increasing my reps again and exhausting the body 👌🏽 Now for me personally, when my mind starts playing with me, my training changes . . . So my energy is going to the right things like my mental health . . . If I'm exhausted physically, mentally I start to push myself and then my mind gets tired/fed up . . . Then its harder for me to be positive . . . That takes alot of energy in a tough situation to stay positive😅

But listen that's MY way . . . I can still make gainz . . . And get an effective workout . . . Even if my brain wants to do other things . . . Rather then escaping your brain, try your best to work with it . . . Like a Power Couple 💪🏽🔥 Try take a step back . . . Just don't walk away 🙌🏽 .

Falafel is my absolute fav I normally have it out the fridge with hummus. But I decided to try it with burgers. And make them in to mini ones, added honey mustard sauce and fried the bread in fry light. Can honestly say. I will be doing this a lot more often now ❤️

What a journey it has been! 15 months in the making and I'm loving the progress. I've learned a lot of things throughout the strength training process, but the biggest thing has been PATIENCE. Strong bodies dont come overnight. It takes consistency, motivation, discipline and hard work to get there! Defeating my fast metabolism was my biggest challenge, but through trial and error, I was able to gain 10lbs so far! I have a long road ahead of me but it sure feels good to look back and see what I've been able to accomplish so far.

Gewicht ist in etwa gleich geblieben - bin aktuell bei 74,5 kg und Optik wird so langsam etwas breiter. إذا كنت تنتمي الى فئة الإكتومورف فاكتساب الوزن هو حتما شيء صعب بالنسبة لك أعلم هذا لأنو انا بطبيعة الحال كنت أنتمي إلى هاته الفئة، و هذا يعود الى قلة المعلومات و المعرفة حول هذا الموضوع و الوقوع في الأغلاط.
◾️أشهر الأخطاء التي يقع فيها البعض في فترة التضخيم :
1.عدم حساب السعرات الحرارية: كلنا نعلم انه من أجل زيادة الوزن يجب أن نستهلك سعرات حرارية أكثر مما نحرق و لكن بأكلك أكثر من المعتاد لا يعني أنك تلبي احتياجاتك من السعرات الحرارية، أحسن طريقة لضمان تلبية حاجياتك من أجل زيادة الوزن هي حساب السعرات الحرارية و القيم الغذائية باستعمال أحد التطبيقات الموجودة على الانترنت.
2.المبالغة في تمارين الكارديو: الإكثار من تمارين الكارديو قد يكون السبب في عدم اكتساب للوزن فأنت تحتاج تلك الكمية الكبيرة التي ستستهلكها عن طريق الكارديو، قلل منها قدر المستطاع مرة واحدة في الاسبوع جد كافية.
3.المبالغة في التدريب: بعض الناس يعتقد انه إذا تدرب أكثر سيبني عضلات أكثر و هذا أمر خاطئ تماما، الراحة و الإسشفاء أمرين مهمين للغاية.
4.إعتبار المكملات الغذائية هي الشيء الأهم: نرى الكثير من المبتدئين يسألون ما هو أفضل مكمل للتضخيم و ما فائدة هذا المكمل و ذاك، صحيح أن والمكملات قد تكون لها أهمية كبيرة و قد تساعدك في التقدم و لكن إذا كنت لا تتبع نظام غذائي دقيق و و لا تنام و ترتاح و تتدرب بشكل جيد فصدقني لن ترى أي نتيجة و المكملات الغذائية يجب أن تكون من أدنى أولوياتك.
5.الإفتقاد للصبر: أكثر الأشياء سخرية هو اعتقاد البعض بأن جسمه سيتغير بين ليلة وضحاها، إذا كنت تعتقد هذا و لست مستعدا أن تصبر فمن الأحسن لك لعب رياضة الڤولف.

◾️The most common gaining weight mistakes they often make:
1.Not tracking calories: We all know that in order to gain weight we must eat more than we burn but  the "EAT MORE" technique won't do that for you, you might be eating more but still you are not getting enough calories the best way to assure that you are on the right track is to count your calories as detailed as possible using "Apps" you can find online.
2.Too much Cardio: Doing too much Cardio can limit your gains specially with an ectomorph's fast metabolism (you need those calories) keep your Cardio activities to a minimum once a week is fairly sufficient.
3.Overtraining: A lot of people think that by exercising more you will get more muscle, thats totally wrong, in order to grow rest and recovery are very important.
4.Putting supplementation their top priority: Supplementation is quite important it can help you reach your daily caloric intake and macros and many other benefits, but REAL FOOD is more important, if you are not eating properly, sleeping, and working out well, supplementation should be the last of your concerns.
5.Lack of patience: One of the biggest mistakes is that a lot of people think that their body is going to transform over a night and the other, well let me break it down to you YOU BETTER PLAY GOLF if you are not willing to be patient.
