Losing body fat the is actually a quite simple sustainable process if done correctly. -
Regardless if you’re a man or a women, the principles are to lose body fat are the same for each. -
At the end of the day it comes down to being in a slight calorie deficit & balancing your meals. That means eating carbs too. As well as getting protein in all meals.
The next big component is focusing on strength training. Training 3-5 times a week with compound movements. I even like to add metabolic conditioning to further enhance fat burning.
Lastly, it takes time. You must be consistent and stick with it. As long as you’re doing things right and know how to change things up, you’ll get results. If you’re in too big of a deficit, not strength training, cutting carbs too low, and doing tons of cardio, you’re not going to get where you want to go.
