Some findings after one week build-up:
*even with a slow daily build-up, the volume starts to kill you at one point
*the push-ups are getting worse, not better
*the airsquats are still ok, but now starting from 200 reps daily increasing to 300 will probably become heavy
*although running still sucks, the second run after the airsquats start to feel less as having no legs at all. I run slow, but not as a floppy puppet.
In two days I have to switch to regular pull-ups, so time to get that rack in place... Oh how do I enjoy the egg whites from my own chickens.
