Cette aprem c'était un peu de cuisine puis révision 🙌🏽 Pour le goûter un yaourt avec des céréales pour 245kcal 
Et ce soir petit test de mon Spiralizer 😍 avec des lamelles de carotte avec une sauce au fromage de chèvre et une escalope de soja et blé grillé 😍 323kcal
J'adore ce truc ! Ça permet vraiment de changer 😍 
Et pour le dessert un petit snickers pour 242kcal 
Total de la journée : 1 596kcal 🌟

👉 Alcuni ricercatori di un’università americana hanno fatto uno studio sui cibi che creano “dipendenza”, cioè stimolano il cervello a volerne mangiare ancora di più. I partecipanti erano più di 500, hanno mangiato 50 alimenti, sia salutari che non, e la maggior parte delle persone ha notato che 16 alimenti tra quelli mangiati creavano dipendenza. Il fatto che creano dipendenza però non deriva dal cibo in se, ma dal fatto che la maggior parte di questi cibi contengono molto sale, grassi e carboidrati raffinati. Tutte sostanze che stimolano il cervello a mangiarne ancora di più, quindi non è l’alimento che crea dipendenza, ma gli ingredienti con cui vengono fatti !

I got SO sick of using apps to track my calories. Half the time the calories were wrong, it's full of so many features that it takes ages to load and omg the amount of ads and recipe recommendations got so annoying. I decided to start tracking my calories using a pen and notepad. Been doing this for a full week now and it's so much less stressful for me. Also, who else makes a mess when calculating a new recipe? :-P

I know there is a constant debate between sweet potatoes & regular potatoes the research is endless. Both aren’t bad for you & both offer different macro & micro nutrients. Regardless you need to eat both in moderation. I prefer sweet potatoes because of the sweet taste obviously 😊

Before you try looking for supplements, the absolute best things you can do for recovery is providing adequate calories and protein for your body. If you are bulking with a non-existent or inconsistent calorie surplus, you won't recover that well. If you are cutting and you are eating way too few calories, you may not be in the best shape to perform. Protein is the building block of muscle, so you will want at least 0.8 g/lb to maximize muscle protein synthesis.

This should go without saying, but sleep is absolutely vital for recovery. Sleeping 7 hours is straight up not enough for me. You can make all the excuses in the world. But if you are not getting enough sleep, make it a priority!

Everything else...foam rolling, active recovery, supplements, etc. comes after the fundamentals. And don't forget, you cannot provide an overloading stimulus and actually adapt AKA make muscle gains unless you recover.

As I’m intolerant to yeast, lunch times are soooo incredibly annoying because I always have to put effort into creating something. Even most tinned soups contain yeast 😭
Baking soda bread is so much cheaper than what’s available in the supermarkets and I can also control my portion sizes/calories slightly better. •

This appears to be neatly demonstrated with aspartame but there are probably other ingredients where people think they are getting a bad reaction to a food because of a negative expectation.
