Weight has been going up and down the same 2 lbs the past few days, since I hit my lowest of 165 lbs. Still hard to wrap my head around the fact that I'm down 90 lbs. 
It's a bit frustrating I'm not at my goal weight yet, but I'm trying to be patient. I've cut down on carbs for a few days, but found it far too restrictive. So, I'm back to just counting calories. It has worked fine for me so far.

My rule of thumb for salad dressings is to choose ones with real, wholesome ingredients (just check the ingredients list & see if you know all the ingredients) that are less than 50 calories per 2 Tbsp (or just to stick with 1 Tbsp of dressing of a higher calorie version) - since salad dressings themselves don’t fill me up! 😋

I made the mistake when I was in my teens looking for quick fixes provided on the internet to “shred fat quick”, or “build muscle fast.” All the while I was training 5-6 days a week but not seeing the results these crap programs or workouts promised me. -
I stuck with the discipline of training and eating not as bad prior to my fitness journey, and you slowly start to uncover the truth to the whole “fitness/working out thing.” Its hard work, plain and simple. There’s no quick fix, no magic supplement, no trainer that can give you a better fat burning/muscle building exercises. It’s disciplining your life to live simple and effectively towards your health goal.

People who do achieve results, and are living a healthier life make the daily choice to. If you are unhappy with your fitness level, or current body shape ask yourself what is one small fix that you can make to your lifestyle that will get the ball rolling to your transformation.💪🏼

That can be drinking more water in the day, removing sugar from your coffees, eating more protein in a day, add more protein in your diet, join a sports rec team. These are examples of small choices that are not too much to handle to start. Find small habit fixes that you can be consistent with!👍🏼👌🏼

I stuck with the discipline of training and eating not as bad prior to my fitness journey, and you slowly start to uncover the truth to the whole “fitness/working out thing.” Its hard work, plain and simple. There’s no quick fix, no magic supplement, no trainer that can give you a better fat burning/muscle building exercises. It’s disciplining your life to live simple and effectively towards your health goal.

That can be drinking more water in the day, removing sugar from your coffees, eating more protein in a day, add more protein in your diet, join a sports rec team. Once you get in the gym, challenge yourself everyday and be your very own competition. You do not need to know how to do every single exercise properly, I didn’t. Trial and error was my greatest teacher!🙏🏻🧐

I ate a lot yesterday! Banana and coffee for 175, shrimp and guac for 237, tahini kale and bean noodles for 323, pizza (1/4th of what's in the pic!) for 275 and a halo top for 280. 1290 total! I aim for 1100 (I am super short) but had exercised so I ate some back 😜

Spicy Thai tuna salad.  250 cal. 21g of protein. Petty much everything was pre-packaged so to make this was really just mostly just throwing it on a plate. I mea. I COULD make my own pico, but I don’t. The egg white came from a leftover soft boiled egg and probable gave me the most work because I had to wash it. Hehe, didn’t think a runny yoke would work all with this.  The spicy Thai tuna packets are so fantastic! Add in a wholly guacamole mini, some pico, and a bit of egg... mmm. I eat it like a dip with the cucumbers being the chips. Very fulling and takes a while to eat. Can be a hearty snack, or in this case, a light lunch. .
