I made the mistake when I was in my teens looking for quick fixes provided on the internet to “shred fat quick”, or “build muscle fast.” All the while I was training 5-6 days a week but not seeing the results these crap programs or workouts promised me. -
I stuck with the discipline of training and eating not as bad prior to my fitness journey, and you slowly start to uncover the truth to the whole “fitness/working out thing.” Its hard work, plain and simple. There’s no quick fix, no magic supplement, no trainer that can give you a better fat burning/muscle building exercises. It’s disciplining your life to live simple and effectively towards your health goal.
People who do achieve results, and are living a healthier life make the daily choice to. If you are unhappy with your fitness level, or current body shape ask yourself what is one small fix that you can make to your lifestyle that will get the ball rolling to your transformation.💪🏼
That can be drinking more water in the day, removing sugar from your coffees, eating more protein in a day, add more protein in your diet, join a sports rec team. These are examples of small choices that are not too much to handle to start. Find small habit fixes that you can be consistent with!👍🏼👌🏼
Once you get in the gym, challenge yourself everyday and be your very own competition. You do not need to know how to do every single exercise properly, I didn’t. Trial and error was my greatest teacher!🙏🏻🧐
