I know I have gone slightly off plan with my salad, but I have stayed as near as I can without ditching it and just having a veggie burger in a bun.
Even with the two slices of beetroot, 10g of reduced fat coleslaw and 15 ml if recurved fat honey & mustard dressing this salad only totalled to 155 calories.
The cheese is once again from a #keto site, so is high in protein and low in fat, and for 59grams totals 101 calories.
I needed to have something different from tuna with my salad and forgot to defrost the bag of prawns that I have.
I have had 2,750ml of water today, and have another bottle on the go till bedtime... let’s wash away that fat!
