👉🏽👉🏽 Swipe left for another bicep movement. *First movement is a dumbbell hammer curl. I normally prefer them standing with my torso upright. Tuck elbows in to your side and hold dumbbells with palms facing torso (supinated-grip). Keep elbows in place as best as you can while performing a curl. *Second movement is a machine preacher curl. One of my favorite bicep movements because it forces you to use strict form. Line up elbows with shoulders and wrist. With elbows near the edge, press elbows into pad and curl ! Be careful with adding too much weight because the bicep tendon and shoulder are very vulnerable to injury.
