Why hellooooo there!! It’s been a while! Last time I used this account I was 26, a stay at home mom with a 3yo and a newborn and I was FIT! WELL - I am now 30 😳, mom of a 6yo & 3yo and working full-time and (not so fit)! I wanted to start using this account again to keep myself accountable. You don’t have to stick to this, change it to suit you, make it easier or harder. Most important thing is that you take minimal rest in between rounds, whatever you do keep moving keep your heart rate up and make sure it works you.. no point doing it if it’s easy.. work hard and push yourself !!

My 2018 personal goals! Today was the day to see what I have achieved after some strength training through out the year. I wanted to challenge my body and mind to see how strong I can be. β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”
Squat goal - was 100kg 
I got to 80kg with 4 reps.  I still need to improve my depth at 80 before I think to go any heavier but I’m happy with that. 😊 100 was a long shot with my weight. Im currently 57kg. β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”
Leg press goal - 200kg 
I got 200kg - 5 reps! βœ…πŸ˜

I have heard a lot of people say lately... β€œIm worried I will gain weight over Christmas” 
Don’t be worried about the festive session! Yes Christmas is the season you may indulge a little more than normal but it is the season to be jolly! Sometimes you just have to relax and enjoy yourself. REMEMBER it’s about a healthy balance and moderation! Which is what I teach. Never deprive yourself of treats because your more likely to crave them and feel tortured. Don’t be hard on yourself. When my clients first meet me they just assume I’m going to put them on some crazy β€œdiet” and they are SO surprised when I don’t and I teach them all about a whole healthy balance of foods.
β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”
Don’t get me wrong now I’m not telling you to eat every cake in sight but just don’t worry about having a chocolate or a slice of cake here and there and some cheese and wine after a meal! It’s the holidays, It’s Christmas and it’s all about fun, food, spending time with people you love and celebrating! Relax, enjoy it, still get your exercise in when you can, continue to eat well and have a healthy balance of foods and have some treats you deserve it ! ..... DONT FEEL ANY GUILT!
