Had to speed this video up a little to show in 1 minute what we did in 21 min today! 7 exercises, 40 seconds of work, 20 seconds of rest x 3!! When I started getting focused on “getting back in shape” - I kept thinking, “I want to look like I did before I had kids!”. Today, I scrolled back through some photos from college and thanked my lucky stars that I DON’T look like I did before I had kids. Sure, I was thin. But I wasn’t healthy, and I certainly wasn’t taking care of myself. So here’s a different kind of transformation photo. I may have put 30+ lbs on since then, but I’m happy, I’m healthy, and I’m strong. And that’s the kind of role model I want to be for my daughter.

Brutal morning workout with my man Jamie who leads the morning circuit when the boss is  away. Adam has christened him the Benevolent Troll which always cracks me up. He trolls us with his horrible workouts, but its benevolent because you feel great afterwards. Today was an 8 round circuit which took over an hour, for a total of 1,845 reps (see next pic), it wasn't a joke!

These past five years have brought moments of unbelievable happiness, lifelong friendships, painfully emotional hardships, and A LOT of hard learned lessons

Through all of this I learned a lot about myself and grew through the process. I learned mental illness/mental health is never something to push aside. I learned that it’s okay to ask for help, it doesn’t make you any less smart or capable. I learned the small things in life are what matter, and how important it is to manifest an attitude of gratitude. I learned the importance of reflection and the lessons that can come about through mistakes. And, I learned that I have the most amazing support system anyone could ever ask for

I don’t know where I will end up. I don’t know what God has in store for me. But he’s gotten me this far and has provided for me in ways I never saw coming and I am eager to take on new opportunities and begin this next chapter

Been trying to find the motivation in the kitchen lately. Really chasing off my sugar dragon. BUT was lifting the other day and saw some real definition in my arms I even yelled “hey check out my gains”-cool, I know. This type of thing gives me motivation to really kick my ass in gear cause if I can make progress with moderately eating healthy then I figure, with a super clean diet for a few months I’d be like WOW (@postmalone style). Ok bye.

Set your timers ⏱ for 45 sec on/15 seconds rest and complete as many rounds as possible

👉Squat
👉Alternating glute bridge
👉Burpees
👉Pushups
