.🍃🍃🍃 Last week I started making rose infused water to use in rose sherbet. Pink fragrant rose petals from my garden ( make sure there is no chemicals on roses) were rinsed and soaked in water with little citric acid . I placed the glass bottle by the window 3-4 days , mixing daily . Last night , I removed petals and place the jar in the fridge to use it in different recipes .

Quindi quale miglior modo per provare la garantita antiaderenza se non con patate dolci, asparagi e pollo?!? In effetti prova superata alla grande! Ho messo tutto in forno, ho attivato il timer e non ci ho più pensato fino a che non è suonato il campanello... We ate wayyy too much sugar (that we shouldn’t have) while on vaca and now that I’m not eating the junk anymore I’m crashing a bit. 😒 ⠀

Joghurt mit selbstgemachtem Granola🍜 und lecker Obst drauf ist eines meiner liebsten Frühstücksrezepte. Wenn du in der Früh Zeit sparen möchtest, schichte es dir am Abend in ein Glas und du brauchst in der Früh nur noch zugreifen😍🍓🍓.

Yes or No ? Stuffed w/smoked tofu, turmeric, garlic, paprika powder, chilli, thyme, garam masala, lemon juice, 2 eggs, panco breadcrumbs.
They're packed with nutrients. Tastes so good👌Bon appetite.

🔴 Červená šošovica~Cukina 🔴
Údené tofu, kurkuma, údenà paprika, chilli, citrónovà šťava, tymiàn, indické korenie garam masala, cesnak, 2 vajíčka, panko strúhanka na zahustenie + obalenie. .
Šošovica je veľmi rýchlo uvarenà, cukinu + tofu postrúhať a pridať ostatné ingrediencie. Fašírky obaliť v strúhanke a vysmažiť na ghee masle. .
Chutia vynikajúco👌Hodil by sa aj dresing.
Majte pekný zvyšok dña🙌🌟

I was craving a smoothie and thought I would share a favorite of mine! 🤷🏻‍♀️
No veggies in it because I don't always want greens in my smoothie, but still full of goodness!

-Bananas: I recently wrote about all the goodness of bananas. Potassium, serotonin, vitamin B6, norepinephrine and many more goodies!

-Powdered Almond Butter: Not a whole lot of benefits to be honest...I just like the taste and 85% less calories than actual almond butter 😆
-
-Cinnamon: Antioxidants! As little as a teaspoon a day can have positive effects on blood sugar levels, digestion and immunity!!
-
-Chia Seeds: Omega-3 fatty acids, antioxidants, fiber, iron, protein and calcium!
-
-Ground Flax: Lignans (lower risk of cancer), fiber, protein, Omega-3 fatty acids and vitamin B1.
