Step by step. Piece by piece.
A well functioning, strong, resilient, capable body is built on a solid foundation of well maintained parts.
Working out can be about many things, from weight loss, muscle gain, sports performance, physical health or anything else that matters to you, but at the root of it all, exercise is the 60 minutes you spend a few times a week suffering so the rest of your life is better.
Admit it. You want to be happy.
@brianhurson here is deadlifting 205 pounds with ease. That means for the rest of his life he's going to be able to more than meet the demands of moving, playing with his kids, dating young models and crafting timeless hairstyles. Not a bad start for a guy who stepped into the gym for the first time at age 42!
You don't have to work out to be happy, but if you're feeling like you want to have more energy, be stronger, more vibrant, and be able to give more to the people that matter most to you, it might be a good idea to consider coming by the gym, having a few laughs, and getting jacked.

Have an awesome weekend,
