I did pretty good, roasted cauliflower at Schlafly and only 3 drinks throughout the whole night. Pancake breakfast from McDonald's and a cheeseburger and fries meal dinner at Growlers this evening. 
But I threw in a 10 minute workout this morning that Autumn posted on Instagram. 
So, 3 workouts this week! Not too horrible.

If your workouts are sporadic, you aren’t tracking your progress, or you aren’t consistently pushing your strengths, your body will most likely not change. You have to challenge and push yourself to sculpt and shape that body! You are much more capable of more than you know!

3. You aren’t being consistent.
If you are taking weekends off and eating too much, or not finishing your calories other days, you are not being consistent with your diet and your plan. Sticking with it to your very best ability and giving it some TIME is what will get you there.

Lol. I feel stronger, toned and happy. I think I lost 5 lbs but 🤷🏻‍♀️... I am at a new low weight but again 🤷🏻‍♀️. What’s more important are those 3 things I listed first. .

This program wasn’t my fav tbh but it still gave me a killer workout - I’m proud I stuck with it and gave it my all but I’m excited to move onto another program. .

Hey, we are still here! Haven't been 100% dedicated but totally ready again to give it 100 again. 👍 Current low weight is 87.3kg, had my aunty flo this month and saw my body hold on to a whopping 3kg of water, what a mind fuck and the cravings good lord plus my craaaamps fak. But allgood, love that my body and hormones are evening out. Its all good signs that my fertility is returning (lmao not that I am planning another yet) but yeah hope eveyeone has a good week and smashes it out. 💕😅💯💪🏽

Week 3 of kickboxing ✅ 
While I can’t exercise as vigorously as I’d like, and I often have to modify moves for what my capabilities are, I haven’t given up. 
That’s part of what I love about my home workout programs. I can modify and tailor the program to meet my own needs, not try to push past my abilities to fit to the program and wind up injured or flaring. People aren’t one size fits all, so why should your workout be?

The right photo I weighed in at 195lbs on November of 2018. Over the 2 years I switched up my training from power lifting to body building and with with more intensity. As my knowledge grew, so did my physique.

💫💞 I often make Sunday’s my ‘extra day’ in the gym and accessory of training and play with what I want to improve and gain ❤️ I like to compliment my usual weekly bro split as such... which I much love and like to lift it heavy! 
So good for us girls as contrary to belief we won’t hulk up like a monster or walk like a dude... well unless you want too!!
