Tip 1️⃣ For maximum results, remember to pull your navel into your spine.
Tip 2️⃣ When you're performing the exercises make sure that you go at a controlled pace. Going too fast can cause you to lose your stability.
Tip 3️⃣ When you're performing the exercises make sure you keep a mind-to-glute connection.
Tip 4️⃣ I am wearing 1.5kg ankle weights on each leg. Only add ankle-weights when you can perform all reps on both sides of the body with good form. Always build up slowly and carefully.
Tip 5️⃣ Perform all the moves on one side of your body then repeat on the other side.
Tip 6️⃣ Stick with the training frequency that you know you can be consistent with.
Tip 7️⃣ Workout in a warm room, turn off the air-conditioning to really sweat it out!💦
