Not the best camera angle, but I didnt have a camera guy today. This here is a dope ass workout for your legs, your back, your core, shoulders, and your arms...all at once. If you've been following me for a bit you know by now that this is my personal favorite way to train. Everything at once means more pull on the body's systems. More stress means greater forced adaptation, which in turn means greater results in less time. What you put in is what you get out, so if it hurts like hell when you walk out the door, just know that you did your job for the day.
The exercise can be done without the resistance bands on the legs, but I highly recommend them for the additional abductor training that you will absolutely feel afterwards. You're looking at a kettelbell clean and press done explosively in one smooth motion, with the addition of a reverse lunge with the weight being held above. This is repeated as many times as you can safely tolerate and you are good to go. Give her a shot and let me know how you like it
