Easter holidays can prove to be really challenging when trying to stick to your diet. So here’s a few tips to help keep you on track 🐣🐰
🌟 Plan The 1:1 Diet products you’re going to consume a day in advance.
🌟 Always pack a couple of extra bars, bites or ready-made shakes in your bag for when you’re on the go.
🌟 Have a polite comeback prepared for people that try to coerce you into cheating.
🌟 Set a timer on your phone for your water intake if you tend to forget.
🌟 Save your savoury products for meals with the family.
🌟 You can still go out and socialise! If your on Step 1 (sole source) take a bar or ready-made shake with you and order still or sparkling water, coffee or tea! If you’re on a higher step check eatery menus ahead of time or give them a call to ask if they can accommodate you and your 1:1 Diet e.g. Can they cook you a low calorie meal of protein & vegetables without oil or fat?
🌟 Talk to other dieters so that you can all spur each other on and keep each other motivated (Instagram especially has a huge community of slimmers and consultants!)
🌟 Remember why you started plan in the first place and keep that in the forefront of your mind before making any bad choices.
🌟 Treat yourself to a face mask, foot mask, massage, manicure, pedicure or haircut. ANYTHING OTHER THAN FOOD!
