Buzzing! Shaved 3 minutes off my time from the other day! Under 35 minutes! (It was actually 34:40 but let’s not be picky! Ran at 9 on the treadmill 😳😳😳 unheard of! Couldn’t have done this without losing the weight I have so far! A new goal for this year - under 30 minute 5k! Let’s gooo! (Where’s the food 😂) .
