Day 13 and since I biked yesterday instead of working out i missed upper body. Well did that today instead of the hip hop themed HIIT. Got to get those gains on the arms and shoulders. Keep getting your goals everyone. Also I hit 101.9kg and that's the lightest I've been since 2008.
