My morning routine for good health:
I wake, do journaling to release all my thoughts followed by affirmations (positive self talk) and reviewing my daily goals that i set up before going to bed last night. And sometimes I do read a book too.
I first take calcium citrate without fail and collagen powder to keep my bones and skin healthy respectively.
I love my morning tea and it’s mandatory to start the day with fats, so i add 1tbsp of ghee to it. I get into deeper conversation with my husband this time, mostly about life and growth which motivates me to work harder.
Then comes my daily home chores, posting on social media all the stuff that I prepare and then cook breakfast.
Either I eat eggs with tomatoes and chillies or sometimes a smoothie which would be like:
Banana + almond milk + whey protein + flaxseeds + chia seeds + cocoa powder
My mornings are monotonous because I hate cooking 😅. This morning routine is the best way to fuel up your mind and rejuvenate your body with all the important nutrients i.e calcium, protein and fats.
Calcium citrate is the best form of calcium which doesn’t cause calcium stone. Since i keep my diet dairy free, i have to take a supplement.
I replace milk with almond milk to keep the hormones well balanced and avoid acidity.
Ghee in the morning works best to improve insulin sensitivity.
Whey protein or eggs gives first class protein.
Collagen works very well for skin, bone and hair improvement.
