However, having strong leg muscles are a big part of having a strong muscular upper body as well. There are many reasons to have strong legs:

❌If losing weight is a concern for you, having more muscle on your legs will help you lose weight faster by helping you burn more calories and burn more fat faster. Adding muscle to your legs is faster and easier to do than other muscles because the larger muscles will gain mass faster when worked.

❌Stronger leg muscles also play a big part in avoiding and lessening knee pain. Having stronger muscles around the knee will keep it in line better and take stress off of the knee and can eliminate or greatly lessen your knee pain.

❌Your leg workout doesn’t have to be a negative or bad thing, and building strong legs is not difficult. If you are not a competitive bodybuilder, you don’t need to have massive leg muscles, strength and power are much more beneficial to most things you want to do.

The aim was to only take 180 on squats and deads today just to see how much my hamstring has recovered. But it seems to be pretty good for now so took my last but one warm up. One more session at 50% on Sunday and a nice long rest week 😁. @bodyfreaksswansea

Wir wollen aufgeben, aufhören und hin schmeißen und viele tun es auch. Das ist vollkommen Okay, es ist keine Schande, solange es der Person gut tut.  Das ist das wichtigste. Das wichtigste bist DU. .
Wir sind Menschen, keine Roboter die Programmiert sind darauf Fehlerfrei zu funktionieren. Das können wir nicht. Wir sind Menschen und nicht Perfekt.
Es ist auch gut so, denn so ist jeder eigen und einzigartig. Keine Maschine, wie die neben dir Links & Rechts mit einer Seriennummer. .
Versuche einfach Glücklich zu sein. Egal wie.
Doch egal worum es geht, willst du was kämpfe dafür! Häng dich rein. Es wird sich lohnen man kriegt leider nichts geschenkt. Manchmal muss man kämpfen,ja manchmal macht es auch kein Spaß und es ist unangenehm. Und oft wirst du aus deiner Komfortzone kommen müssen und du wirst rum jammern ABER! DU wirst es schaffen wenn du nur WILLST. Den du bist ein Mensch, und du bist leistungsfähiger als du denkst und dir selbst zu trauen magst!
