I’m trying something new now, and hopefully you will like it👍🏻At the moment I’m doing pull, push, leg split, so today was pull day🔥
- I started my workout with pull ups(Video 1), with no weight. 4 sets, 8-10 reps, where I was going all the way down, to get as much ROM(Range of motion) as possible. Over time I will add weight, when I do 10 reps for 4 sets.
- Second exercise was T-bar row(Video 2), where I again did 4 sets, 10-12 reps. Wasn’t going to heavy, because it’s my first time doing this exercise, but I love to have an exercise to each body part, where I can go heavy, and this exercise is great!💪🏻
- Next I did a superset. Wide grip seated row(Video 3) and ez-bar curl(Video 4). Did 3 sets, 12-15 reps when doing Wide grip seated row, where I’m allowing myself to go with the bar, to increase ROM. Did 4 sets, 8-10 reps when doing ez-bar curl. My heavy exercise for biceps.
- Again a superset. DB shrugs, 5 sets, 12-15 reps(Video 5) and concentration curls, 3 sets, 12-15 reps(Video 6). Not much to say about these two, rather than, they both are great to chase a pump and to end with, so you feel kinda fatigued👌🏻Will recommend to do concentration curls on a bench, so you don’t hit the ground😉
Remember, I will always try to reach the highest number of reps that I have sat, before going heavier or adding more sets. Will always try to increase my volume. Try this to see if you like it🔥Hope you like this post, will do more of these if it is.
