How The Inner Notes of One’s Own Undiscovered Resilience Unlocks The Lyrical Symphony Towards Leadership (1st in Sequence)
Writing about how one is able to adopt the role of and flourish under the responsibility of being a leader is one of which I found profoundly cumbersome and almost impossible to convey astutely and concisely due to it possessing both a broad range of possibilities, as well as contrarily, very narrow and individual differences that must be applied on a person by person…coach by coach… or athlete by athlete basis. It is one in which has an inherent esoteric base of which remains a navigational nightmare to make legible and comprehendible to the compasses of the masses. Let alone crafting it into a yes/no, up/down, right/wrong, his/her factsheet of which the social media, blogs and journalism of today seem to demand. The fact is that in terms of one’s leadership skills, (both in reference to leading yourself and your own being, as well as the ability to lead others a like) there are a plethora of differing sheet music by which one can explore… and which one you choose to follow, which notes you chose to play, and with which instrument you chose to employ will determine how smoothly your chorus plays, (now times by an innumerate number of other intertwining variables to make this analogy applicable to the human brain and you see why one blog simply doesn’t justify). For this reason, I can only aspire to outline the constructs behind the basic principles… from there I hope to trigger some inner spurts of inspiration and self-reflection from which you may be able to hone in on your own biases, circumstances, ambitions and current compositional makeup to help self-manifest your own resilience…the aforementioned main factor in leadership.
