. MUSCOLI CARENTI: L’EFFICACIA DEGLI ESERCIZI DI “PRE-ATTIVAZIONE”
Perché è così difficile stimolare al meglio i muscoli "carenti"? Ovviamente la risposta non può essere univoca, i fattori possono essere molteplici.

Tra le maggiori cause, la più diffusa è quasi sempre una mancanza di propriocezione che va negativamente a condizionare la tecnica di svolgimento degli esercizi, e ancora molte volte la scelta stessa dell’esercizio non idonea ad allenare un gruppo muscolare carente. ❗Una efficace tecnica volta a migliorare la propriocezione e l’attivazione di un gruppo muscolare consta nell’eseguire un esercizio di “PRE-ATTIVAZIONE” prima di passare all’allenamento vero e proprio. 🔹Deve permettere di compiere un picco di contrazione contro resistenza;
🔸Deve avere un Rom molto ampio per garantire il completo, o quasi, allungamento accorciamento;
🔹Deve essere un esercizio monoarticolare cosiddetto di “isolamento”. In particolare non deve coinvolgere gli altri muscoli, ma isolare appunto in modo specifico il muscolo target, migliorandone così la simmetria;
🔸Il movimento di esecuzione deve essere lento e controllato, con tenuta isometrica in max contrazione;
🔹Le ripetizioni devono essere in numero medio alto (15/20), le serie 2/3;
🔸Non bisogna mai raggiungere il cedimento muscolare.

what’s your plan for din tonight?! lately I’ve been obsessed with these Spicy Sesame Zoodles from the new Love Your Body Meal Plan! 😍 it’s so easy to whip up after a busy week! 🤸‍♀️ Kat & I love having zoodles as a healthy swap for pasta. zucchini is full of antioxidants & anti-inflammatory phytonutrients for your gorgeous bod! ✨ pair this dish with a glass of wine & you’re set 🙌🍷
SAUCE
1⁄2 cup almond butter
1⁄4 cup sesame oil
1⁄3 cup low-sodium tamari
1⁄4 cup rice vinegar
2 Tbsp. chili paste (like sambal oelek)
1 Tbsp. honey
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. fresh minced ginger
ZOODLES
1 tsp. olive oil
4-6 zucchini, spiralized or about a 10 oz. package of prepared spiralized zoodles
salt and pepper to taste
optional garnish: green onions & sesame seeds
in a medium bowl, add all ingredients for the sauce and stir until well combined. set aside.
sauté olive oil over medium heat. add zoodles & season with salt & pepper. cook zoodles for about 2 mins, stirring. add sauce to zoodles & stir to combine. cook until sauce is warm then remove from heat. portion into bowls. garnish with green onions & sesame seeds. recipe makes 4 servings! enjoy 💛

This was my best spin so far to date - calorie burn wise. I was, and still am aching from my workouts this week. I knew my target was 200 calories and just pushed myself to get there as I didn’t want to let myself down just because I was tired. -

I’ve got one more class then it’s home time where I will most probably sat down for most of the day so I didn’t have any excuses not to do it!!

A full spin room and a good atmosphere helped as well. -

Some days we think we don’t have what we need to push on and push through but I urge you to find the reason you are doing it and you will feel so much better afterwards. -

This was my best spin so far to date - calorie burn wise. I was, and still am aching from my workouts this week. I knew my target was 200 calories and just pushed myself to get there as I didn’t want to let myself down just because I was tired. -

Client Update 🔋🔌🔋 Questo é il lavoro che abbiamo svolto in soli tre mesi ( 12 weeks ).
Questo lavoro é stato svolto con solo tre allenamenti a settimana ( causa lavoro) ,  un programma di allenamento mirato per il soggetto in base al suo stile di vita , ed un'alimentazione studiata a puntino .  In questo ragazzo vedo me stesso , una ragazzo super determinato che non molla mai un colpo , pieno di energia e con una voglia di mettersi in gioco mai vista fin'ora. Sempre pronto a combattere . un vero guerriero.
Da quest'anno introdurremo un quarto allenamento , con cui continueremo con un po di cut , ma allo stesso tempo puntando a costruire muscolo pulito senza andarci a sporcare .
Te l'ho promesso , arriverai al tuo obbiettivo finale

First ever Whitley Bay Parkrun complete this morning - sub zero temperatures, unexpected hill climbs & a headwind & I was only 6 seconds off my PB... told myself I would hit sub 20 this year, and I’m going to... this morning was a shock to the system, but given the conditions I was happy with my time. متاسفانه هنوز هم خیلی از ورزشکاران و حتی مربیان بر این باورند که این حرکت سینه ها را گرد می کند .

اما باید بدانید 
عمده فشار وارد در این حرکت بر روی عضلات دلتوئید (قدامی و میانی) می باشد و از طرفی احتمال آسیب مفصل شانه نیز زیاد است .

گرد بودن و فرم سینه ها در درجه اول به ژنتیک شما مربوط می شود .

و در درجه دوم 
تمرینات سینه با حرکات پایه و استاندارد 
مثل : پرس سینه هالتر و دمبل و قفسه سینه و ... که از قهرمانان قدیمی مثل آرنولد و فرانکو کلمبو تا قهرمانان جدید همگی از آن ها پیروی می  کنند و در دستور کار قرار می دهند 
می تواند به فرم و حجم سینه هایتان کمک کند
پس به دنبال حرکات عجیب و غریب نباشید
