Balls! What kind of crappy slimming worlder ends up having a binge the night before weigh in after being sooo good all week?! This one! 🙋‍♀️ Admittedly calories wise I only went over my daily target by around 100, but I ate lots of quorn nuggets and another cream egg, so surely there’s gonna be loads of salt causing me to retain water like crazy tomorrow, right?! Ah well, time will tell! I’ve been bang on it all week bar tonight too 🤷‍♀️ I know exactly why it happened too, feeling so deprived. I’ve really cut back on my calories this week and probably overdone the intermittent fasting a bit too, and whenever I’m super strict there’s always a backlash. Home made pad thai and the Thai fish sauce thingy I make. 🤷‍♀️😂 Not sure on syns. The pad thai sachet was in Thai so had to wing it. Also syns for the nuts 😋 only had a couple of syns today so I've plenty to spare anyway and I'll cut back Sunday to thurs just incase 😁

Eating simple carbs should be slim to none even white rice and white potatoes was off-limits! 🍚⁣⁣

Not hungry at all, literally just making myself eat or drink something at meal times, because I know my body needs it. Trying to stay hydrated and stay ahead of the pain, but I keep falling asleep and missing doses and then when I wake up I’m hurting a lot again. Took my first shower today and that was like the hardest workout I’ve ever done in my life it took so much out of me trying to stand and raise my arms above my head and balance all at the same time. I’d still say all and all it’s getting better though, one week follow up appointment is scheduled for Tuesday and I’m kinda worried about having to get in the car again, those pot holes are no joke! Es gab lecker Salat 🥗 mit #curry Hähnchen und gekochten Eiern. Es war einfach mega lecker, schnell zubereitet und jetzt liege ich mehr als satt auf der Couch.
Morgen ist mein Wiegetag und nach der Zunahme von letzter Woche, hoffe ich, dass es morgen ein #gewichtsverlust wird. Umso mehr wäre ich wirklich enttäuscht, wenn morgen wieder ein Plus herauskommen würde 🥺 drückt mir die Daumen!!

The wholegrain rice seemed to offers little more flavor than the basmati we have been having recently, it was also a bit more filling so will definitely be having it again 😁

Quick ham salad sarny using @promiseglutenfree roll after swimming. Used 2 syns on mustard mayo cos theres nothing worse than a dry one.

I think I'll attempt pad thai for tea. I've got a sachet from a Thai supermarket that I'm sure won't be too bad syn wise especially between the 2 of us and I finally found some flat rice noodles in Sainsbury's (also found the last 4 packs of these promise rolls 😋) Maybe the novelty is wearing off with them as they've been in stock last 2 times I've been to Sainsbury's. They are a game changer especially for the wholemeal haters like me.

日頃は満腹まで食べないから、すごい勢いで食べ過ぎて、終盤はグロッキー🤢

30分くらい休憩してから目黒川まで歩いてまばらに咲いた桜並木を見ました🌸

ビュッフェの時はいつも歩くのがしんどくなるくらい食べすぎて後悔するから、適度に食べて楽しめる大人の食べ方ができるようになりたいと思うのでした。笑
