During my workout last night I started doing some stretches and got lost within my music. A moment of clarity came over me where I felt so at ease? Like I was the only person the gym, focusing on myself and it was pure bliss ✨.

A really prevalent post here, I come across soooo many women who find themselves lost within what seems a black hole (despite fat loss really being simple).

Starting a weight loss/calorie deficit/fat loss phase (or whatever you’d prefer to call it) is HUGELY complimented by starting it off from having been at maintenance calories.

Firstly you are not FOOD FOCUSED as you’ve been eating the right amount for your body to thrive from (energy/mood/performance/sleep etc), your cut will also start off successfully due to your speedy metabolism!

The mistake that most make is starting another diet whilst being chronically dieted already! Are extremely food focused and have a down regulated metabolism, making results harder to come by than is needed and binges highly probable.

Since then I'm now down to 132.8kg / 293lb 
That's a loss of 17.2kg / 37.9lb

I still have a long way to go but would love to know who else out there is on a journey?

You don’t see what it’s taken to get there - so what can you expect in a cut?

⭕️ It will take longer than you think
.
⭕️ You’ll most likely have to drop calories  lower than you’d like
.
⭕️ You might have to do cardio .
⭕️ You won’t be as strong .
⭕️ You’ll be more tired, grouchy, and sex drive will decrease 👎 yup

⭕️ It will take a long tome to notice the progress and you’ll feel like not much is happening
.
⭕️ There will be plenty of points you just want to give up .
⭕️ You won’t be able to be as flexible with your diet as you would like - things become more restrictive
.
All of these factors are things you need to consider BEFORE determining if you are ready to start a cut .
Your mental state and preparedness will largely dictate whether you are successful .

CFD not achieved this week - but I have logged more accurately/honestly overall & I’ve managed to stop the binges from spiralling out of control for the whole day/whole night! It might not sound like much but it’s definitely progress, still a long way to get things back under total control but compared to last week’s average of 2912 calories a day it’s heading in the right direction. Same aim as last week - improvement & progress towards consistency & taking each day as it comes! За Міланою я набрала 13 кілограм, що не є багато. Залишивши 9 у пологовому, до закінчення дитиною року, я прийшла у форму. .
