If so, you should be working on your T-Spine mobility. The thoracic spine is in the middle of the back, from the base of the neck to the area between your shoulder blades. If this area gets too tight it can lead to all sorts of problems such as shoulder pain and poor posture👎🏼

Try this simple wall child’s pose stretch⬇️

1️⃣ Stand facing a wall and take a big step away from it.

2️⃣ Place both hands against the wall.

3️⃣ Push the hips back and pulse the chest down towards the floor.

4️⃣ Keep it going for a minimum of 30 seconds. Move in and out of the movement if you need to.

7 weeks into diet and results starting to show. Its took me a long time to get my head around dieting and what works for me 🤯. Still got long way to go but nothing comes easy. The main thing I found is you need to try to find healthier ways to cook the food you enjoy this way it becomes a lifestyle not a diet. For example if you like fried chicken marinate it how you normally would then cook it in oven rather than frying it, fish and chips use breaded fish with sweet potato fries and cook in oven. Finally if you have a bad day and eat the wrong things don’t let it get you down put it behind you and carry on moving forward. Когда ты решила сесть на диету или просто на пп , самое тяжёлое отказаться от привычных продуктов . 🍟🍟🍕 В первую очередь я отказалась от выпечки . Сейчас , скинув 20 кг , я могу себе позволить такую лакомку только раз в месяц а то и в два .😊😊 Самое тяжёлое для меня было , это отказ от сахара . Я любила пить чай с 3-мя ложками сахара , при этом все всегда казалось , что чай не сладкий , и плюс вприкуску с чем-то сладеньким. 🥐

Сахар нужно убирать постепенно , потому что , если вы сделаете это сразу , то сорьветесь уже через неделю . 
Начните с 2 ложек , с каждой неделей уменьшая "дозу" , через месяц -два , вы будете пить чай без сахара . 
И вы сможете почувствовать настоящий вкус чая , еда станет вкуснее . Даже гречневая каша без соли и масла , будет вкусная и вы с большим аппетитом ее съедите. 🥑

Я давно отказалась от макарон , они входят в число лакомства 🍝

Картошку я заменила бататом,  но с ним нужно быть осторожней , он очень калорийный. 🥔🥔 Шоколад , только чёрный , не меньше 70% . И только маленький кусочек , что бы мозг успокоился . 🍫

Кстати молочные продукты я так же не ем , за исключением творога . Когда-то наткнулась на статью , что из-за молочных продуктов быстрее стареет кожа . А хочется быть молодой 🍶🥛 Кофе -это моё табу.  Из-за него кожа быстрее жирнеет,а это закупорка пор , прищи и много чего ещё.  Дженифер Лопес так же не пьёт кофе и посмотрите как она шикарно выглядит . ☕☕

What do you see in this pic? I see a girl who prioritises her health and happiness 🙌

Do you make time for yourself? Time to exercise, time to prepare healthy meals, time to meditate or relax in other ways? Or is all your time spent on the people around you, filling everyone elses cup, leaving yours empty?

One of the biggest things I believe in is keeping your own cup full so you can continue to give to others when needed. It is so important to make sure you are happy and healthy first. We only get one life, don't look back on it wishing you'd done more for yourself.

I do this by making sure my healthy meals are planned and prepped and my workout times are arranged for the week before the week starts. Then I keep daily to do lists to avoid missing important tasks 👌 my relaxation at the moment is to zone out with a good tv series after dinner 😊

I love “Insatiable”so much, but I heard second season might be canceled because some people criticize a lot about this tv show. Those calling for its cancellation claim the series promotes fat shaming. So this show already become controversial(・∀・) I don’t think “Insatiable” promotes bullying and also “body-shaming” at all. And I believe there are many people who are waiting for 2 season like me. If somebody are promoting “body-shaming” or “eating disorder”, people shouldn’t accuse this TV show series but other media or company like fashion magazine, social media, SNS, junk food companies society itself where people praise only good looking people without watching inside of the person! 
I love Insatiable, because this show represents both good and bad side of all humanity. Life isn’t fair originally(we should know this from beginning before complaining about TV show’s topics), but we always should be positive and must go through every moments. Insatiable is interesting and funny, because this show is dark comedy show but also focus on many modern issues like homo sexual love, digital abuse, bullying etc. But Insatiable also draw the bright side of life. I hope I can watch 2 season( ^ω^ ) I think people who hate this show just need not to watch and I want them not to deprive entertainment from other people. 
I also love the show “The good place”. I wanna eat frozen yogurt as much as I want in heaven.
